We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

It covers all the basics of a house, from plumbing to electricity. It also has some cool floor plans of some of the most popular tiny homes out there. I had a blast reading this book and learning so much. The only thing that bugged me was that the description said it had floor plans, but it didn't say how few there were.
You can consider this an 80' single wide,but in a double wide configuration. Brilliant! It doesn't feel that small when you are walking around inside. I also want to add, Chance is the best salesperson that Deer Valley "doesn't have" . I wonder how many homes are sold because " I saw Chance's tour of this home on CZcams".

I appreciate you explaining the marriage line for these homes, that would be a selling point for me. As much as I want a smaller home I still need a separate pantry.

$205,000 for a CRACKER BOX with 9' bedrooms and almost no counter space? That trailer is worth "maybe" $70,000! I could buy a nice house with garage and yard for $200,000 here in West Tennessee! By the time you got that set up with water, septic, power, solid foundation, and decent garage you would have to spend another $100,000!

I REALLY like this home. As a single Dad with 2 grown kids, it's perfect! And I also love the barn door on the master bath!
What a terrific floor plan! Really appreciate that there is no carpet and no seam. Only thing I would consider changing is for the cabinets to go all the way up. 🎉

Love the size not too big not too small! Love the colors but not the rustic wood stuff. But you can pick whatever you want. I love the water closets in all these homes!😊 This house is big enough for me and my cat!

We saw this house on a Where's Wil video, and he talks about how it's designed to be shipped with one truck. The way it's put together for shipment, one half is hooked to the end of the first half. Quite ingenious. We do like Deer Valley homes. They're one of our "if money were no object" manufacturers.
They have come a long way and can certainly compete but all the goodies are pricing them out of the market for too many people...I could buy a relatively nice home where we live in Ohio and add some nice changes and have a more permanent home...Very nice if you can afford one...Good job Chance...

The Main Bath walk-in shower 🚿 is a HIT! Bench, check. Hand wand, check. Tile (almost) to ceiling, check. Well-lit, check. ✅ This is what a shower SHOULD be!
I like this for myself, an older woman living alone.
Single story homes like these are called Bungalows here in the UK. This is the size of my home and typical of a bungalow. It's usually for elderly or disabled as there's no stairs. I love the layout of this home, for me it's perfect. Love it so much.
I absolutely love this home! There is nothing I would change about this place. I love the fact that the heating ducts are on the ceiling.
Fine if you live in a warm party of the country, otherwise you'll freeze.
The ceiling is where AC ducts belong! the floor, HEATING ducts! bc cold falls, heat rise.

Fair floorplan but can be maximized in areas to increase livability! Reorg Master Bath and move door to back wall to increase wall space. Likewise with Master Closet (flip door), also increases wall space! That's just a few tweaks, and others are possible... I'm available as a design consultant when you want to talk!!!

So glad to see this. I was looking locally at a dealer with Deer Valley homes. I told them what I was looking for and the size, and they gave me this floor plan. I love it.. perfect for our needs.
Love this home, it's perfect for me ❤️🥰 I would loose those wood beams in the living room. I'll take a regular shower head in that master bathroom. Also, loose that cabinet in the master bathroom by the toilet. I'm totally digging this home along with those LVP flooring. #AWESOME👏🏾👍🏾❤️

Looks like good build quality, like the northern Schult or KIT. Cute floor plan. Option to enlarge 2nd bedroom would be a good idea for small family.

Hi Chance and Cullen, Absolutely Gorgeous it's not small just right...I love it the kitchen and living room are beautiful 😍...like to see the vents on the ceiling and the dining room needs a square table... love the master shower 🚿 😍... I would enclose the front porch and make it a all season porch. Be safe Be Blessed

For all those out there considering shipping containers, drainage tiles, tiny fifth wheels etc. should take a long look at these designs. There is "smaller" and then there is practical doable human comfort for a reasonable price. Thank you for showing us.
True, But, these 2 bedrooms is approx. 200K, depending on where you live, etc. That's VERY High for the southerner's on SS Benefits. Maybe it's the Quality. He did mention that at the beginning. Chance has shown 2 bedrm's and 2 baths by Champion for 50K.
This is actually one of my favorites! We’re “Almost” empty nesters. I’m looking to reallly downsize and this is perfect. It’s a little pricey, but it’s built beautifully. I love the kitchen, I wish somehow the utility room could be just a little bigger. Love the porch option too! ❤❤ I just love it.

The cabinets in the bathrooms are for linens and toiletries, great feature.
I liked this home for the most part, but not for me. I wasn't crazy about the barn door in the master bedroom.
I think the fact that the seam lines in the floor are camouflaged by the tile/vinyl/linoleum is a great thing to point out. It really makes a difference in the way the home feels.
I liked the tumbled marble in the master bath, but the area around the bench in the shower looked a little sloppy.
Overall, it's a nice home, though, and would work well for someone who didn't want/need room for an office AND a guest bedroom.
Edited to add: The price was a little higher than expected. The price will likely be higher going forward though, and not just for this home, but for ANY new home - site built or manufactured. All of the destructive tornadoes so far this year are going to lead to a lot of new construction to replace structures that were damaged or destroyed, and the demand for building materials will drive up prices.
