RUDYS BAR. BQ in Phoenix Arizona

Hello Everyone!!
Welcome to summer time in Arizona! We are on our way to Texas and decided to try some Arizona Bar-b-que. Rudy's Bar. BQ is a chain of restaurants that are the few that allow public accommodations during the Covid restrictive seating as a result of the pandemic. We will be sampling tri-tip, baked beans, Cole slaw, and the main attraction Lean Brisket. What makes Rudy's stand out is the variety of condiments like cherry peppers, pickles, and jalapeño peppers. After our lunch stop in 105 degree weather we will be on our way to Texas the home state of Bar-b-que in America.
