Gym, Beach, Wow... GBW! I'm in Texas and I have family in friends all over Europe and South Africa and sending stuff to them is much cheaper than even most places in the States.
First I would like to say thank you for all the videos you made over the years. You inspired me play a warrior since the beginning of BC. I would also like to thank you for these IRL videos where you show exercise and eating more healthily. My reason for posting however is to recommend that you explain to the younger audience of your videos that they should be eating larger portions than you. A growing body needs as much food as it can get, the food just needs to be healthy.
Swifty, you should always set aside 10 to 20 minutes a day or workout to run. Running is one of the best things for the human body. Running is the number one way of losing fat, and also works the core. On diets, people usually want to lose fat, on top of eating healthy. No matter how healthy you eat, you need to do cardio to make your body look and feel a whole lot better. 10 to 20 minutes will get you 2 or so miles, 200 calories burned, and in turn, bye bye fat.
That SC2 bag would be a GREAT surprise for my brothers birthday in like 2 months. He loves Starcraft more than his computer, and he's kinda a nerd so that's amazing..

Insulin carries amino acids through the body which build muscle. Also when you drink your post workout shake make sure there is carbs in it, dont be scared! You have to replenish your bodies energies otherwise that 20g of protein will be metabolized as glucose and not amino acids. PM me if you have training ?'s.

Someone of your weight (going for 180) who also exercises regularly is going to want about a 3000 to 3500 calorie intake a DAY, but as you always say, spread it out in your 5 meals. This will help give your more energy to go about your day and when you do exercise. Most of the stuff you eat has very little calories which is essentially the fuel for your body.

Swifty the trick on catching up on sleep is changing ur eating schedule because food overrides sleep in ur brain. So force ur self to wake up early then go eat and the next day u will wake up easier... Thumbs up so we can get videos faster

@Qelsar It really depends on the mouse. Wireless is nice because you don't have a cumbersome wire, but you have to make sure it's good quality so it doesn't loose connection or something. They also tend to be a bit more expensive for a decent once. But if you don't mind a wire wired is the way to go, that way you don't have to worry about anything.
The reason its faster is because on youtubes side they use FFMPEG to convert your video to FLV/SWF. So if you remove the need to convert it then it uploads alot faster. Flv is flash which is what the video is played in

You know when you work out, it is a really great idea to change up your exercises every third weeks or so if you want greater muscle growth, seeing as muscles adapt to stress. Another thing is, make sure you do obtain enough calories and carbohydrates a day, remember your muscles need energy. ;) If you already knew all of this, then I would like to say I really enjoy watching your irl videos. :) And obviously your wow stuff.
Just to let you know: your body will convert excess protein to fat during a certain amount of time, depending on the amount of protein. This is good to have in mind during the time your on a diet. - Love your vids :-)
Swifty if you want to do more reps when u're doing an exercise at the gym dont hold your breath, i guarantee that if u dont hold it you could easily do 2 or more reps. And as you may know it's at the end, when u're doing the last reps that you gain the more muscle. Breathe out when you push, lift or whatever and breathe in when you release. Hope it you help you.
