用小弹簧围一圈 前面弹簧高一点点但是软点 后面弹簧硬一点点 但是矮一点点 这样应该会实现到平衡又有弹性 上下两块板要打上螺丝 控制上心两块板不能分开 但是要有距离给弹簧.. 然后两块板的边会有缝… 用胶挡上制作出船差不多的感觉（因为怕水走进去 影响顺畅度）这样做出来应该会成功！😊

You need collapsible telescopic cylindrical guides so the top board stays connected to the bottom board. The top board could have sliding cylinder with a ring collar that stops the top board from flying off. Two weaker springs could prevent the top board from turning. The bottom board should be larger and have the springs inside cylinders that guide the top board's up and down movement. In the flat position the cylinders would act as collapsible telescopic cylinders inside the cages of the springs on the top board. The top cylinders would fit over the bottom cylinders with overlaps and arresting collars to prevent separation of the cylinders. The spring is too large and the top board is pushed too far into the air. Like in a car shock absorber, the spring should go up only 3/4 of the way so the top board should bounce and not sent flying off.

Thanks for translation. The two weaker springs should push up till it is stopped by the arresting collar. However, I wonder with all this will the bouncing surf board float? I think plastic should be used and maybe an air bouncing spring could be used. Air is elastic so in a spiral shaped balloon could act as a light spring.

His videos are educational. Students can learn craftsmanship as he knows how to construct things. I don't know his educational level. Is he college level trade school guy or university level? I know when you get out of university you have no experience only theories and very little useful skills. The first years you have to build up your professional skills in a small company. In the English speaking education system you go to university if you have good grades in high school. You learn all the theories at universities. When I went to university I didn't quite fell the usefulness of all the math. The math teachers only show the logic of math and the engineering professors only explain the principles with a simple diagram. It doesn't quite give you the feeling if you never worked on those machines.
Germany is different as you must graduate from trade school before going to university. That is why German engineers are better as they have have the knowhow on nuts and bolts and know the problems so when they enter university they are eager to learn the theories behind the machines.
If you look at the videos of the early submarines, airplanes, tanks and helicopters they were very similar to Mr. Geng's machines. He does it but does not spend time too much time to make it. Of course many basic things have been invented already and more education is needed for more advanced machines. You would need computer knowledge and programming, fluid dynamics, aerospace, propulsion, rocketry, instrumentation, etc. Most of all you learn from your mistakes that is why you make a prototype to see what is wrong, how to improve it, etc. By seeing Mr. Geng's invention one can improve them as his inventions are like prototypes.

彈簧要在上板框內，上板才不會整個脫離。理論上，下板也會跟著拉上去。
