  • Here's a peak into my ankle sprain rehab program. How to rehab an ankle sprain in the early stages from ankle sprain exercises to maintenance of strength and endurance for when you get back to skating.
    These are some of the ankle sprain mobility exercises, ankle sprain stability exercises, ankle sprain strength exercises and other bits I'm doing.
    In this series I'll be documenting my ankle sprain recovery. I'll be showing you the rehab exercises and other rehab tips and tricks I'll be doing along the way to heal as fast as possible.
    Hopefully you're not injured but if you ever need ankle sprain exercises or methods to get back to skating as fast as possible, you'll have this here for you.

    Wow , I rolled my ankle 11 days ago , I started to walk without crutches 3 days ago ,still struggling to walk properly 😖. Thanks for the advice 👏🏽 👏🏽

    Oh great! Broke my ankle in November and got rid of the crutches recently so this might help me. Thanks 👍

    Did you get it diagnosed? Just wonder if did anything to your ligaments, it’s crazy how fast you’re stating to work on it after the fall

    how to prevent ankle sprains: STEP 1; stop wearing VULCS and start wearing CUPSOLES

      @@danielclipper931 vulc is generally more flexible, cupsole is more stable & padded less likely to put unwanted forces on ankle. It’s been that way for me, i really want to skate vulcs but i always sprain my ankle with them
