Security should have done more.
To be honest, London Underground don’t have security, they just require the station staff deal with it or if it’s stabbing or worse they call up British Transport Police

Something very odd about this whole thing. Committing a section 5 public order offence from his body language and garbage coming out of his mouth and security do absolutely nothing. In fact one of them was standing against the wall and didn't so much as flinch when he got close to him. He also had a weapon that he was freely aloud to walk around with and still no action by security was taken. The woman he was interacting with didnt seem phased by the man. That is not a normal human response when facing somebody who is acting in an eratic manner. His clothing looks reasonable. Then there is the part with all the money. This to me looks more like a training exercise by either the police or another government body. Not sure what the goal might be, maybe to test public reaction or to help normalise such behaviour so pedestrians dont think twice about suspicious behavour in order to help Khans london become an even bigger crime hotspot.
I suspect this is a case of modern day slavery. That older lady is probably there to watch him beg/work and also there to collect the money he's making.
