The Arcee mold bit pretty much sums up everything wrong about that figure.
While I love that it's a faithful representation of her bot mode they hosed it on her car mode.
@@Fenris30 or being a Transformer, which honestly should always be the priority over looks in either mode. If it's not fun to transform between modes, it can hamper the ability to look good
@@reyonXIII The Problem with Arcee is that they don't un-Floro Dery her when they make the Toy.instead keeping the toon model which like the others was simplified for the show. What they should have done was start at the car mode and figure out how to transform that into Arcee kibble be damned instead of just giving us an Action Figure with a car on It's back. To me the best company to handle an Arcee Transformation was the MmC Ocular Max Azalea. Yeah the car modes a little funky looking but that transformation is a thing of beauty and the Bot mode is the cleanest you can get. Does it have issues? Yes, but it's still one of the best Arcees you can get in the Masterpiece scale.
@@Fenris30 eh, ERcee bot mode was half assed too pretty much. It can look decent only if you paint everything that Hasbro didn't give a damn about yourself. And it still won't help the head that can't look up nor down because of the stupid mushroom instead of ball joint that should be there and her ugly hollow legs.
@@Fenris30 Agreed, and the only reason they keep doing so coz the Geewunners are gonna whine that she isn't exactly like the toon model and its impossibly humanoid physique.
I hope that SS Bumblebee Arcee and, though it may not be a great toy, Authentics Arcee, will be steps in the right direction of doing what Animated, Titans Return, and Cyberverse did: be inspired by but ultimately abandon the original design in favor of one where she is indeed made of car parts and is still shapely because of it.
Or, in general, be proud that it is a transforming car/bike.

I've always loved that you do the whole "transform all at once" type of transforming G1 and the Bay movies did.
As someone who originally started my channel trying to stop motion Transformers just like that, I understand why it takes a bit of brain wracking to figure it out. XD
But you get some really nice animation out of it when you do~

I don’t even collect transformers anymore but I still checkout your videos due to how unique your reviews are, stop motion for transformers is no joke but the fact you do it for every review and for years needs to be praised even more

off topic but will you ever make your own addons for Er primes trailer? i saw a cool extension piece for it on google but i can’t find where to buy it (also i probably won’t) but it would be cool if you did something similar. like maybe taller walls AND an extension part, but at that point might as well design a new trailer completely. idk

How come you upload the animated parts separately? Dosent it take away views from the actual video?
Not at all. At best these hit around 5-6k views whereas the review can range from 30-100k
Basically these are for people that want to see all the animation bits without having to seek through 17 mins of content for 70 seconds of material. Plus there's jokes and the opening skit that aren't present here
So those people get to re-watch stuff they like, new people that see this seek out the full video out of curiosity, and in the end the repeat views make a line on a graph go up and YT likes that
