Yup. India will soon become the next China economically. And once they've built up to China's level, Africa will be the next economic boom state after that because companies will always want the cheapest labour for maximum profits. Welcome to 2124.
Africa is continent with at least 54 COUNTRIES! that's the most separate countries of any continent more than the US have states and not one single state.
@@anyaarvidsson3038 yup, and they'll all have lower wages than India after it's economic boom happens. Money flows where cheapest labour is. Give it a century, they'll have their turn. A lot can happen in a century, maybe it'll be called the United Countries of Africa by then. Either way, there's too much opportunity there economically to ignore it after India booms.
I'm Colombian and work as a contractor for us companies and even us foreigns from not so rich countries that have way lower salaries get replaced by indians. They have too many advantages in the eyes of investors, cheaper hourly wage ,toxic overwork culture and the market more competitive than in most countries. So once people overcome cultural differences everything is advantages.
diversity would mean hiring Indian workers at the same us salary as the rest while keeping the original staff. diversity means that you don't disqualify Indians just because they're from India. (some think it means disqualifying whites because they are white, as some have to be disqualified)
Complaining about losing your job to someone who doesnt live in your country while complaining about people that complain about losimg their job to someone who doesnt live in their country is peak irony. This video could have been made by a boomer in 1983 but today its made by a brown man. So fing funny!

they didn't learn their lesson with China?
Cheap labor is king, after India develops a bit more it'll be somewhere else.
Move to companies that have military contracts, non US citizens can't do my job. I'm also an US citizen but im cheaper to hire than in the mainland!
Those in India work for peanuts

Welcome to diversity
That’s not diversity. It’s offshoring. Like do you even know what words mean?
