Focus on technical and mental instead of physical or conditioning. Watch Fujinami wrestle, she is not overpowering...but, her technique is flawless and she's lightning fast like you used to be. Where is your fire, your heart, your drive? No double leg? You can't wrestle this way and win. You did not look like you. You will be the best when you get a coach that brings you back to you.
