Droo's Kitchen is my channel where I taste, try and cook different types of food!
I’m watching this while drinking my Perrier carbonated water, when they said it’s the winner I cheered 😂
I'm not a fan. I don't like the fizz and I prefer more mineral so I'm a sp drinker myself, but congratulations
@@phillipstroll7385 nah tap water is the real water
San Pellegrino is the best for me, I tested many of sparkling water but none equal San Pellegrino !
Topo chico !
I used to like SP too, then I drank a Perrier right after one day and never went back.
Me too love it Perrier is way too strong it feels like it’s scrubbing my throat lol 😂
Easy one. For me, its clearly both perrier and san pellegrino. Great fresh sparkling water.
Thank you for the review. I like the Perrier and the San Pellegrino, too.
Love San Pellegrino for a beverage with meals and Perrier as a drink mix - alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Love it with a little pomegranate or cranberry juice. Try it!!
Same here. In restaurants i have SP. for cocktails and mixed drinks i use Parrier as a base
Hello, nice video!! I've learned that it's so important reading the label : you can understand what type of water you're going to drink,in particular those coming from a natural water source like San Pellegrino; in fact it contains 243 mg/l of bicarbonate and 146 mg/l of calcium. That's means it's a little hard water and it's very good for digesting or to regain lost minerals...and that's why you feel that taste! To me it's not very good when I'm really thirsty like on the beach because it won't satisfy me 100%...if you'll ever come to Italy try this (softer) very sparkling waters: Sant'Anna, Levissima, Brio Blu....I love them ;)
Bye
Byee
I love sp. I love mineral water but I hate the fizz.
When I was kid I used to drink the hose city ,park water😉
When I was a kid I just drank water from my sink or from the ponds or honey due in the woods
After having several bottles of a well known name brand club soda turn out to be flat upon opening, I decided to try some new brands. Much to my surprise, the clear winner turned out to be a brand I'd never heard of -- Jarritos Mineragua. It seems to be much more carbonated than the name brand club sodas, and the carbonation lasts twice as long. And, it costs less. So win-win all around. I'm totally hooked
Lime Perrier is the best. I think it is the best. It is my favorite water. However one even better is Mountain Valley Spring Water is so good.
omgg. glad that i found your channel... i love this taste test. tomorrow im gonna do a similar but for perrier only..:)
Arrowhead water has sparking waters now and I have to say. .if you get the lime flavored one, it's very nice!
Perrier is the most thirst quenching sparkling water. My go to! You're right about the bubbles size and texture in perrier - that's what makes it the best.
I'm only 5yrs late seeing this but am elated you found my favorite "Perrier" to be the better carbonated water. With that being said, Cheers!
Thank you for sharing this information

Perrier is my favorite too - has good carbonation, pleasant taste and after taste. Gonna give the orange lemon a try. Thanks for the review!
Perrier is also my favorite, then San Pellegrino.
They're acidic before the addition of natural and artificial fruit juices so it's even more after the additions
Perrier is bad
Perrier is a last resort, San Pel and Topo are the two kings, Topo lime is the top one
@@gregcandy8900 Try Gerolsteiner if you haven't already
A blind test would be ideal, 100% no bias.
Topo Chico!! Hands down
Cute video and somewhat helpful. I think the only difference is that The reason Pelligrino taste minerally is because it has electrolytes ( Pellegrino has a TDS of 1,109 mg/L and includes the following electrolytes: 170 mg/l Bicarbonates 180 mg/l Calcium 47 mg/l Magnesium 3.0 mg/l Potassium 32 mg/l Sodium and 61 mg/l Chloride ) which are obviously a healthy option. I tend to try to drink water with electrolytes to help my ph balance and hydration which in turn helps with migraines and my joints. Perrier has no electrolytes and I dont think any of the others do as well.
Where are the seltzers, u get that in the grocery stores too
Topo Chico is a great one!
Ceci Rose Martinez topo Chico is definitely top 3 along with Strawberry & Peach Perrier
Topo Chico, you have to try, it's so yummy! One thing to note, you have to chill it atleast 5 hours!
If not you could have an explosion on your hands
You can get it shipped from Walmart
It doesn’t explode!
My favorite is "SoClear Pomegranate", "Dasani Raspberry Lemonade", "La Croix Grape Fruit"...
S P is my favorite I dont care much for fizz and I'm not a big soda fan so that works best for me. Pierre has alot of fizz and it has an after taste to me. But this was a great review
This evening after 2-3 days of drinking mainly 'Sparkling Italian mineral water' I ended up with a bout of A/F which I've been getting every so often these last 3 years. About 2 months ago I was told I had high levels of calcium in my blood & then diagnosed with hyperparathyroidism..A/F is a symptom of this.
It was quite distressing tonight & so I took flecanide tabs for the A/F then sat sipping my water! Every time it seemed to ease a little I'd stand up to do something & all of a sudden I'd be puffing & my ♡ would increase in the A/F . Often this happened & was actually very uncomfortable. I ended up in my room & cried out to God for help (it's funny this morning I was talking to Him about fear..which I lived with a lot these last few years although I faced a lot. .but I realized it was the opposite of faith & so I rented to Him as it is sin), & I know His Spirit lead me to look on the bottle to read the analysis ..calcium 86.8, potassium 2.1, sodium 11.4 & magnesium only 27.6. Suddenly a light went on..so I went and made myself a cup of boiled water & sat sipping on that. Not long after my ♡ settled back into normal rhythm & my head eventually felt more normal..It had been headachy
So anyone with hyperparathyroidism..no more than a small glass a day..Id say.
What a strange video, but I enjoyed it. Thanks I will check out Perrier.
There is a huge difference between drinking carbonated water, spring water, and mineral water. All different....so in reality you cannot compare these together because they are not the same source of water.
Which is originally mineral with natural minerals without added co2
can you please do a test on how to tell if when your buying pellegrino that your buying bubbly and not flat ...its annoying to buy it pay all that money and then you open it and its flat... i love pellegrino an thats happen to me a few times so i havent been able to enjoy it .I wish there was a way to tell before bying it if you already know the answer can you post it please... thank you for doing that test!
my wife enjoys Perrier probably the most as well. I'm in the slow, painful process of replacing sugar pops with sparkling waters so my journey is just beginning over what I find most enjoyable. I'm at this very moment trying to enjoy the Green Apple Perrier, and im wincing every single time I take a sip. Next up im trying the lemon, and I''m somehow looking forward to that one the least...
Try peach perrier its delicious!! I have one next to my bed as im typing this lol
What about Peñafiel?
try Topo Chico and the Mountain Valley
With FLUORIDE - Just what you need in your drinking water
It's always( for myself personally) either Perrier or San Pellegrino. There are some good mineral waters but two at the top.
Subbed simply because I'm a huge fan of fizzy water, my six year old son is as well and it keeps soda away from our household.
I know there IS people who like sparkling water but how? I tried sparkling water and all I could taste was water bubbles and I tried the strawberry and grape. But please tell me so I can learn. o.o

Thanks so much for posting your video !
I assumed that sparkling mineral waters would be indistinguishable in taste and palatability but discovered purely by accident that such was not the case. Having consumed the Pellegrino water several times I quickly noticed there was some subtle although noticeable mineral taste that becomes off putting after only a couple months of consumption. It almost ended my experimentation with sparkling waters.
One day I saw that Perrier was on sale at Safeway. I decided to give it a try wondering if it would have a similar mineral taste to that found in Pellegrino. I bought a couple bottles of each and did my own taste test. Similar to what you did although just comparing two types of water rather than the 5 types you evaluated. I did this experiment before even searching for your video so it was completely uninfluenced by your efforts.
My results were exactly what you found. The Pellegrino had a much more dominant mineral flavour than the Perrier. I also preferred the Perrier water by a significant margin for characteristics over and above taste alone. The make-up of the bubbles being one component and the other being the way the water tastes 24 hours later if you didn't finish an entire large bottle in one day. Discovering that there were in fact noticeable differences in sparkling mineral waters I wondered whether it would be worth sampling all the others that are on the market in order to find a favourite.
Then I decided to check to see if someone else did such an evaluation and if perhaps a CZcams had been posted showing the results. I found your video and realized that your estimation of Perrier vs Pellegrino was precisely the same as mine and thus I decided to accept your further assessments of the other 3 waters.
Thus, with your help, and your excellent video, my search for the best sparkling water is done - Perrier is the WINNER ! I love the stuff and drink it frequently. As you point out it is both refreshing and pleasant without the negative health impact of sugar saturated sodas - Thanks to you both - enjoy your weekend !
PigDogg :-)
The only thing I drink is Le Croix sparkling water in the blue can. It's delicious.
Beware : if you go to France, La Croix is a brand of bleach here...
How health or bubbles size?
You guys need to try the Norwegian Farris. Best carbonated mineral water in the world.
I like Perrier's water better and San Pellegrino's bottle better. Set aside the carbonation, San Pellegrino seems a bit more acidic, just slightly. Overall, I would choose Perrier. I like them both. If only San Pellegrino is available on some occasions, I'll still be very happy. The rest of them are not good. The carbonation becomes overwhelming in the first half second and then they turn into flat water, one similar to soda that has been left out on the table for a few hours or lukewarm soda rechilled.
Pelligrino and Perrier are both acidic and then they've released tha fruity ones so it makes even more acidic
You guys need to try and find jarritos. Biggest bubbles and better If cold.
SAN PELLEGRINO!!!!!!!!
I had stomach problems after I stopped smoking tobacco I have tried a lot of different waters around the world but trying mineral natural water from turkey improved my health I am not from Turkey, I live in England, but Turkish mineral water helped me the name of the water is ULUDAG I have no more stomach problems or stomach pains, I hope it will help you as much as it does me
I was the 100 like lol
What is the taste of sparking water is it like Sprite or just normal water
Kawaii Crafty Donut normal water with like a 30 percent taste of sprite
Kawaii Crafty Donut why would it taste like Sprite? XD
Temperature of water with a meal... Your stomach is always a bit warmer than body temperature,
so if one drinks 40 degree water with the meal,
the digestion is slowed and confused by the constant lowering of the stomach's temperature,
as you eat and drink your meal, as it is trying to maintain a higher temp for good digestion.
I like room temperature for my water...Don't sacrifice your entire body to favor just your tongue.
( So far, I like Pellegrino water, but I want to mix it daily with a naturally filtered UN-carbonated water, Fiji, perhaps...)
I like San Pellegrino and La Croix
Painfully suppressed . Relaxxxx.
Love Perrier water!
nice video
❤️ this God bless
Omg how much free time do you guys have ... but nevertheless im a huge fizzy water fan. And a crazy perrier addict . San Pellegrino tastes more like water. I love it , but i have like 6 perrier daily.
1 question im not drinking still water anymore, is that ok?
Also try perrier with orange juice or other juices.. trust me its amazing
LOL You are watching a water tasting video...............HOW MUCH FREE TIME DO YOU HAVE? LOL LOL LOL
Jad Hallab I drink s.pellegrino with pomegranate juce even better taste.
2 part of s.pellegrino 1 part of pom juce
no that’s not okay you fucking idiot
You do know the spring Perrier gets its water from has traces of benzene. Natural its natural but still they have to filter it. Has far has I know Pellegrino's water source has no traces of benzene or other contaminants which need filtering. And like Pellegrino, Perrier was taken over by Nestle after that contamination episode. Seems Nestle is trying to corner the bottled water market. - Read this on what happened to Perrier back in the 1990's - devastatingdisasters.com/the-case-of-the-contaminated-perrier-1990/
They remind me of Molly Shannon and Ana Gastyer's radio ladies characters on SNL.
HahaHaaa!
humm no Saratoga? delicious sparkling H20
I like the s.pelleorino
12:49 it's gees piss yes it's gees piss
I like Pellegrino but best water for me is carbonated Hildon from London!!! Hands down !!!
San is king of sparkling water
I agree but co2 is added to San which loses its authenticity
San pellegrino hands down.
I like Perrier better.. especially the flavored ones.
I like how they act like they never drank it before they made the video when they were already open.
I live off of this shit. Perrier and San Pell taste the best, but I load up on the PC stuff when it goes on sale every couple of weeks.
Pellegrino is for men and Perrier is for women🏆
Need sleep
Also me:..
S. Pellegrino is yummy. Sprite without sugar.😁
Topo chico hands down.
Second would be ozarka.
Perrier is from my town 😂
Here coz of philion
Never mind water, just drink wine!! Lol🤣
Im gonna take a hit of weed every time they say “yeah”
Update: i ran out of my weed
Crying lmfao
same
I love canada geese
Perrier is not even French. It's was an English guy who bottled the water from a spring in Southern France. It's just like Rolex which isn't really Swiss but originated from the UK.
PERRIER will always be #1 as far as carbonated water is concerned.
#1: L' Orange.
#2: Grapefruit.
#3: Peach.
#4: Lime.
#5: Lemon.
#6: Strawberry.
Does not work. We cannot compare water in plastic bottle vs glass bottle. Glass bottles are always nicer. Water has memory. Memory is better in glass. This also explains the ratings. But thanks for confirming what we knew all along! Cheers!
Topo Chico isn't on the list, so the curve hasn't been flattened.
Perrier is the best sparkling water 💦
I like San Perrierchico 😂
You can’t taste the strength if you pour that little
Pop means soda
I drink San Pellegrino In respect to Sopranos,In repesct To James Gondalfini.
sukrit dobhal uncle june loved it
sukrit dobhal I drink in respect of America Psycho in respect of Patrick Bateman
Topo Chico is the god!
Jean Girard #55 was sponsored by Perrier Water
Shes pretty
“Ingredients . . . Carbonated water” NO WAY?!
Interesting, I've just started buying San Pellegrino, it comes from Italy high in minerals but carbonation is added but it's naturally sourced. Perrier is a naturally occurring carbonated mineral water, never tried it. For me it's about good health and the amount of good minerals that are in the water and good taste.
I may be wrong but I believe Perrier has co2 added not natural carbonation
Lmao he said San Peregrino
It's because he's Asian
@@juangonzalez6397 He seems pretty American as well, I don't know what Asian has to do with it.
i'll tell ya right now Bubbly is the best tasting one. I know it didn't exist when you made this video
Spindrift best taste with real fruit added
Perrier doesn’t have any salt in it, & it’s the best tasting!
***Pelegríno & Topo Chico have salt.
But it has co2 I believe San Pellegrino has natural occurring carbonation
all selzer water is awful IMO however your taste test was fair and interesting altho Canada can keep their water lol. Salt is added to carbonate so no natural spring in this case. The fizz and salty taste is why I don’t care for it. Even hoydetoyde lol
Topo Chico or bust
I find Perrier to have a salty flavor. Not a fan.
I would be surprised at how Gerolsteiner mineral water would fare. I prefer Canada Geese mineral water over San Pellegrino and Perrier.
very misleading I thought you were going to test the water not taste it smdh
San Pellegrino non ha rivali per gusto e carbonatura perfetta. La francese Perrier é eccellente nel gusto come San Pellegrino, ma rispetto all'italiana é un po' troppo frizzante.
San Pelligrino, is the best aside, from quality taste bubbles, its indescribably the Peak of Class,.... solid bottle, state of the art labelling, its almost money quality... aside from being the best Sparkle Water, its speaks volume, of UPPER UPPPER Class, I am appalled that you would suggest, its interchangeable w the crap nestle water, , i DO DETEST that nestle bought them.... its like nothings sacred anymore,..
Periyar is made of what
ireen chowdhury perrier
Kris Ssard I agree with this comment
Fucktard they have this at every gas station in third world European countries
The sparkling drinks are still nice though. Like blood orange
They remind me of the couple from the movie 40 yr old virgin lmao
🤣🤣🤣
Hmmm, in Muslim countries if you are thirsty just ask any shopkeeper for a drink.. it’s part of Islam to give water to the thirsty... in western countries you have to pay for the basic necessity of life... something has gone wrong somewhere.. but hey.. I only drink bottled water in Europe because their tap water is not as pure as in the UK...
For humans to survive we have to pay for everything even for a drink of water your right, and through nature these thing should be available for free!
BAHAHAHAH! great introduction, but the way you poured the water ruined the whole thing!
Andrew Tate would love this
