The NVG attachment is likely either a GPS/compass overlay or a thermal overlay. Probably the latter since he's likely already got a GPS built into the PDA.

I was able to buy all three Pararescue figures from E&S. They are awesome. They and the CBRN trio are some of the best from E&S.
