If you go back to Weeping Peninsula, north of the demihuman broken down fort w/the queen, is a cracked crystal for your gold flask that boosts Faith. It's surrounded by small poisonous flowers.
So stoked for the DLC
Most catacomb bosses drop a summons when defeated. It makes sense to pass them up to save time. As for Hero's Graves, you might want to at least check out the first Hero's Grave at the Stranded Graveyard site of grace, the Limgrave grace. There's an incantation seal held by a Banished Knight in there somewhere, the dragon seal. It scales well with faith and arcane.
If you don't want an easy-button, everyone use this same build weapon, I'd recommend going with the cleanrot scythe for your faith build. Probably the best combination of speed, ash of war, and pure damage of all the holy-based weapons. The problem you will eventually run into is that all of the final bosses are resistant to holy damage (being members/followers of the Golden Order and all)
Vagabond, Wretch, then Samurai (high dex lets you use almost every katana right from the start)
Java!! This are recommendations for weapons for a Dex Faith build! You can look up for those on your next stream! Just take note: Early on Winged Scythe, although it is relatively easy to get the Redhot Whetblade and set up any suitable normal weapon with Holy or Flame Art.
You can also farm early the Halo Scythe in the Caelid swamp.
Later on in the game there is the Coded Sword, Golden Order and Godslayers. With the Cipher Pata available from the Round Table. Right at the end of the game there is the Sacred Relic Greatsword.
Elden Ring’s such an awe-inspiring accomplishment in terms of storytelling, scale, scope, world building, lore, and philosophical dark fantasy...

To your thoughts about playing video games, I am 56 and still playing video games. Currently working on my 4th playthrough of Elden Ring and first of Baldur's Gate 3. I have no plan to quit playing anytime soon. I like what Ellie said in your chat about hopefully still playing games in the retirement home...... :)
If you are going to stick with faith, you might want to go back to Weeping peninsula for the "Faith Knot Crystal Tear" to put mix in the flask... Also, you don't have to be at a site of grace to check how many runes you need to level. It shows it under "Status" in the menu.
The New Sword looks amazing! I love to make sword and magic builds.
That’s my go-to build. I do dex based swords and sorceries. I need to try something else but this build is just too fun lol I usually pick the Prisoner template.

Hi. Poison is useless against fast enemies it only does 12 damage tic per second. Good for sneaking up behind draconic tree sentinel and poisoning him to death fast enemies you need fire magma etc. gargoyles use shield left-hand and sword right then they are easy.
