Hi , im Really searching so hard to get an review about the machine for a Small cafe , how many shots it can make in a day lets say , should i let it rest between hours or .. ,many home machines doesnt Hold up consistent coffee brewing , how was ur experience with it

Lastly, do you recommend the steam wand? Mine is stock and was on the fence in spending more but hey....if your already purchasing a LM Mini whats and addition few more $$$
