    Careful with how much weight you're hanging off the exhaust pipe; the more you have, the more likely you'll break the bolts off in the head.
    That poly hose isn't rated for gasoline...no biggie short-term, but you might want something that can handle it long-term.
    Thanks for the tips!

    Some people either completely remove the clutch springs off the stock clutch or rig much lighter springs. They say that it makes the clutch grab on early and very well. It make the bike run like a whole new bike and the clutch lasts longer. I have found another upgrade too which is to replace the flywheel and cdi with genuine honda ones since the governor is in the cdi. I heard around 9000 rpm the cast aluminum connecting rod can break. Is that an ezip scooter?

    • @mrpartridge8765
      @mrpartridge8765  Před 2 lety +3

      I thought about doing that but 6800 rpm is enough for me. If a billet aluminum rod was available I would definitely do it. The scooter was a schwinn s350 or an ezip 350. I collect those scooters because they are really well built. I used a schwinn s500 with wheelchair batteries as a way of getting around. I have videos of it on the channel

    I saw your video and I am currently trying to do the same thing. I got the GY6 carb, blocked off the one choke port like you did, I have spark, I have fuel going to the carb, but the engine won't run. Plus whenever I turn on the petcock from the gas tank, the carb just GUSHES fuel like crazy, leaking out the bottom and everything. What did you do?

    • @mrpartridge8765
      @mrpartridge8765  Před rokem +1

      There is supposed to be a hose to drain the carb that attaches to the bottom of the bowl. If the carb came with that tube put it on if it didn't just fill the hole with epoxy. The engine won't run because it's draining all the fuel through the hole.
