Brilliant 🎉 Minds 😮❤ at work!
Bought the Forester XT -14 in februari -14. Still have it and he has just run, run and run. Will never sell it, I love that car.
Do you have a plug in hybrid?
The temperature is 20 degrees F, you are driving 50 mph on dry payment, suddenly there is a 50 foot patch of ice. Then there is bare pavement again for another 50 feet and then another patch of ice for 150 feet. What does your car do; how does the car respond?
Nice
There is no doubt about Subaru vehicles but it is behind in SHAPE & STYLE that defines the taste of all buyers.
Nice Video!
This CZcams video shows exactly why I chose a 2017 Subaru Forester one month ago.
Arigatōgozaimasu Mr. Dai. You produced a fabulous vehicle.
And it would also be nice if you revive the #Baja_pickup_truck on a rugged truck platform but with more horse-power + more towing-ability this time round.
I like how they went back to the 2nd gen overall silhouette. the "hexagon back" was the best looking forester so far.
When will we get a Forester Diesel in Canada/US?
Never
The pic on the cover is very beautiful!
What I think? After watching this video, I think that I just bought the best car in the world. Awesome video. I'm two months into driving 2016 Forester.
This would be my FAV Forester. I hope Subaru brings the STi Forester to North America. It might win the Forester a whole new generation of owners.
Music
I like it is the best car i never drove. I have 2014 Forester XT with now 197 000km on it. Is really go any where you want with that véhicule.
Pop. Ooo o .
Ok
I just bought a brand new Subaru Forester 2.oiP today after test run it
I want one now :O
Jonathan Larsen wx ry. Yes sry
Someday I'm gonna have one~
for me to buy an SUV it has to meet 2 of the following. 1. Manual transmission. 2. mid size SUV. and unfortunately I was little late to the party when I heard Subaru discontinued standard transmission after 2018 Forester. the Crosstrek is a little small. market for SUV is growing but manufacturers ignore demand for manual SUV's.
Why can’t lower the engine noise level when starting off from a full stop
There are many things that they could have developed with this vehicle but didn't.
For example the visor and the rear cargo space and I didn't like the fact the seats don't lay flat when folded down. I see so many things could of been different but still it's a great vehicle overall and especially for the cost. However I could have improved on the suspension I was trying to make a comparison with the infinity and the Subaru so I'm still indecisive as to which one I want. I'm very Outdoors person very rugged and I like the clearance of a vehicle to be quite High especially when I go up in the mountains on dirt roads you come across creeks that can be heaved West a lot of boulders in the creeks you want to be able to go through a creek knowing that you're going to be safe clearance and not worried about a boulder That You Don't See there for hitting your oil pan and leaking all the oil out and having to you stranded up in the middle of the mountain. This vehicle could have had a little bit more clearance as far as I'm concerned.
The rear seats do fold flat.
@@jonathanb1987 No they are still at an angle. Not flat at all
It almost has the same clearance of a wrangler. For the oil pan, there is a heavy duty skid plate that I have actually bottomed out hard on a rock in the trails, I have a 14 forester XT, I dented the hell out of the skid plate but nothing else had damage. I LOVE my forester, any vehicle can bottom out by accident. If your only issue is clearance then raise it a bit. I would honestly take the Subaru over the infinity any day
Oh nice beautiful
I own 2014 XT. 👍
Why is the interior of most modern SUVs (including Subaru) always dull grey or black like somebody died? Personally, I do miss the rich and upbeat variety of interior colors of those great American cars of the past...
Because black doesn't reflect and cause glare on the windshield.
That is why I love Subaru. Belong..
Next car target, Subaru Forester 2018!
six or seven seater
would be awesome...

Why so many dislikes?? Subaru is transparent
I have a 2016 forester and love it until I hit ice or water on the road. It will hydroplane even when it is just raining too hard. and on ice it slides out of control even at slow speeds. I feel that the tires are too wide for the weight of the Forester. When I got it I asked for the rims for winter tires to be as narrow as possible and the gave me 16" and when I had trouble and wanted narrower tires they said I need to go to 17" rims. So then I asked for studded tires for the winter, but when I picked up the car it did not have them and said the program was changed. I still have problems on ice even at slow speeds all most put it in the ditch in my driveway, and another time it went 45% on me while driving very slow.
It is great in snow (even packed ) and great in mud, but am scared to drive it in ice and when raining hard on roads that will have water sitting on them.
Have been driving for over 50 yr in very bad weather, and this is the first car that I felt unsafe in, as in bad weather I drive very slow. and drove over 100 K every day for over 20 yr. and always lived in the country where roads were not always keep up .
You need to change your tires...
Well you wanted narrow tires yet expect more grip from a smaller contact patch. I believe you need keep the stock sized tires and learn how to drive better. I have yet to spin out in my 2016 Forester premium and it doesn't even have X Mode because I have a manual transmission.
subaru need a sportier suv like an sti suv, their current suv are boring...........
Hi Elite, Check out the 2020 Forester Sport or the new 2021 Crosstrek with the choice of two potent engines.
BRING BACK THE MANUAL TRANSMISSION!!!!!
EV. Automatic
ELECTRIC. &. I LIKE AUTOMATIC
#Sad that the video shows the forester towing a camper that exceeds the ridiculous towing capacity of 1500 pounds braked. Why is this capacity so low? Previous versions of the forester could pull 2400 pounds.
The CVT transmission lowers towing capacity due to torque stress. Previous foresters had conventional automatic transmissions with either 4-5 spds.
it is not the case of the outback which also has a cvt...
Perhaps there are different chassis reinforcements in play here between the outback and forester. Remember the outback was designed originally for a different market and is built on top a different chassis (ie. legacy/outback).
It's undoubtedly CVT. But remember! Tongue weight and braking are all you really need to pay attention to here, and I bet you could push those at least 50% beyond manufacturer spec without any issues.
This is so boring
