AMBIENT SESSIONS: An ambient session is a moment captured in space and time. I use to record it with my Zoom H2n to catch everything in that moment.
This time I used a couple of SM57 to record the stereo set.
The mics are connected to a Behringer Xenyx QK1202 USB mixer connected to a pc and recorded with Adobe Audition.
All you can hear is exclusively live and belongs to that moment in time. This is my way to create my ambient music.
Everything is powered with a suitcase inverter generator of 1 kw.

I shred and have no probs listening to and playing such stuff too. Why do people assume shredders have to "learn" emotion?

In my life...I only know Post-Rock as sound/music that would heal my bad feelings, heal my depressions,...I always listen to Explosion In The Sky, Mono & others. But, this video give me more calm...It's like I'm in heaven & far away from my sins...such a calm sound...

I come back to this every now and again, and it never ceases to transport me to places I can't begin to describe. And now, visiting in April of 2020, whilst on lockdown, unable to leave my house, the music and the scenic views are more moving than ever. Thank you for your beautiful music, Perry Frank. You inspire me to want to create, compose and use music in ways I haven't before to express all these complex feelings during this time of uncertainty.

Another well done video and piece of music. I will say this. I've been searching for a looper and volume pedal setup. I've just been haunted by a tiny lush guitar piece in the film How To Be Single - when Alice sits on the fire escape near the end of the film. They say it's part of Alice Theme Tune but that piece doesn't feature in it.... This guitar music here, this is pretty much it, it's beautiful🌳
