In the beginning of the game where you walk around Jackson as Ellie. People will look at you when your back is turned, and if you turn around they quickly move their head away from your direction. I think it’s a really cool detail, especially since Jessie told you ‘heads up, your the talk of the town this morning’ referencing the attention on her because of what happened at the party.

Never happened to me and I was playing in the second hardest difficulty. Jessie even broke a window in front of and enemy and the enemy only cheked the broken window.
Really can appreciate the accessibility options. I don't need them personally, but the fact that they took the time to help people with varying disabilities to enjoy their game should be the standard

Watch Owen's animation on the boat for the first time. Watch where Ellie puts potatoe's little toy and check out the symbolism of that and her knife. The matching timelines.

While I have no disabilities, I think it’s very, very cool that ND went to extreme lengths to ensure the game can be fully playable for anyone who is deaf or blind.
They hired this blind guy to do all the testing and give his opinions on the accessibility options. He has a pretty cool video on CZcams explaining it.

Cole Hopper the game has multiple accessibility settings that provide audio queues for basically everything that happens in the game. I heard someone say that it was possible to complete entire game with your eyes closed, meaning a blind person could theoretically play it without any problems.
Little details that a lot of people will barely notice it, but they still there, just in case someone find it

I was hoping someone else would notice the tadpoles. That blew me away. Go into photo mode near a swarm of flies too, and zoom in as much as you can. They're fully modeled!

@@Void-by3ti that's not really a hidden secret though, the scene opens up with her hand and wrist in view
One small detail I picked up on my first playthrough is - when you go to Santa Barbra with Ellie and your at the beach. If you go step on the sand where the water washes through it, it clears your footprints and it has to go through it 2-3 times to do so. I wish I could explain better what I mean, but I think you get the gist of it. Impressive as hell.

@@Jack-jx2ug Well, the story isnt what some people hoped for, or what everyone expected, but someone going into something expecting more of the same or just like crowdpleasing fanservicey stuff is sorta their own issue to deal with. It's more of an issue w so much of the storytelling in our enertainment media being shallow, or maybe just games in particular. Tbph a lot of the best entertainment from the last 10 or 20 years has used antiheroes, moral complexity, no clear "heroes," the perspective of the antagonists, & main character deaths to tell the story, and the idea that games cant or shouldnt do so is also fuckin pathetic.

Damn that’s crazy, in pretty much any open world game, if you point a gun at a civilian, they become terrified. I think when they added that detail into this game, it was actually an Easter egg reference to GTA

Ellie puts her hood on when in the snow or rain and will take it off indoors.
When I got to my first safe I thought I was supposed to listen to the clicks to open it, so I spent 5 minutes just listening for a click to open it. Later I found a note with the code and realized I wasted my time.

Dain Smith you actually can listen for them, the clicks on the correct numbers are lower and resound a bit more, so you don’t actually need the combination

Start at Jackson and go to the bar where Maria is. After the cutscene just walk around the bar. You will notice that every person you walk past starts starring at you because of the incident with Seth the night ago. It was very uncomfortable but a really good detail :D

Little detail: If you shot off an enemy's leg or arm, and they'll scream, but if they drop into the water while screaming, their sound will fade/stop.
Another detail, you can shoot off a dogs limbs with the shotgun
The access options are literally incredible this is the fist game I have seen to help out people who cant play games because of health or medical reasons

Say whay you want about this game, but you can't deny that the graphics, environments and the attention to detail are absolutely phenomenal in this game.
I think the story is one of the most emotional ever. But it works just if you empathize with Abby. I did, a lot.
But I can get some why people didn't. ND could have done a better job there.

Felipe Correia Borges the story is too uncharty, doesn’t feel like the last of us with all of the PLOT armor, enemies that have Ellie or Abby clearly in their sights just.... either refuse to kill immediately or they are strikin with magical luck that somebody saves them in the last moment, that’s not the last of us, that’s uncharted and that’s bothersome and unrealistic
but the story wasnt even bad either its just people couldnt handle a strong woman kill joel if naughty started of with part2 then as part1 gamers would had been mind-blown. and part2 would be about joel..
Oc reed if a women kills lee in the walking dead or doom slayer in Doom, that’s bad writing and disrespectful to the fanbase, also it’s pretty known ANY characters no matter what gender who kills the protagonist gets hated in novels for decades, idk if you’re new to writing, it’s not original, but this feels like “the rick and Morty” of pretentious video game story telling, making dumb stuff seem smart to deflect criticism, no, it won’t work on rick and Morty and it won’t work here
You forgot some characters have armpit hair on some cutscenes which is something I've never seen before in a game

One thing I’ve noticed is Ellie loses or removes her “monster” key ring mascot on her bag as she gets older but you can clearly see the hole where it once was.
Also you can see her tattoo sleeve progress as she gets older. Young Ellie no tattoo, teenage Ellie just has a sleeve outline and older Ellie has it complete and all coloured in.
"if your bag gets wet, so will the items inside". Wow. Just wow.

Well I was so mad about how Joel dies, the polític agenda, Abby polémic cuz she isnt a bad character just an awful writting.
At the end we have a time skip so I can understand how weak Ellie become in her pursuit for vengeance.

Another cool detail, the scars have different kind of whistles to say different things like: "I think is something there" "enemy is here" "friendly down" and more
The whistling was dumb as fuck.. All it did was give their position away and made them so easy to kill..
Well instead of screaming tactics they use the whisteling so that enemies can't understand what they are planning to do, at the end it's a smart idea.

One cool detail is if you listen closely while walking through Seattle, you can actually HEAR the cries of the games haters as they fail to understand the game

And judging by the way the blood spreads on the tiles at 15:30... I think it's simulated using the texture maps. Very impressive, of course! Its just that blood would probbaly only flow within the cracks, and once it starts flowing it would not hit the top of the tile. like a river

That really blew my mind. This is too much for a 80Gb game on ps4. What could we ask for on a ps5 while we got this on ps4 ...

All of these are so amazing it makes me question if I played the game at all LOL! And I thought I looked at everything... The one that really amazes me are the way that the blood pools on different surfaces, be safe clicks, and well, everything! It amazes me how you know how to look for these!
At the end of Day 1 when you do the history museum memory you can see the cassette tape of the shuttle launch in Joel's shirt pocket from the very beginning.
This is a pointless add on but y'know. The launch you hear isn't actually a shuttle launch it's from Apollo 11 which was the first time humans went to the moon

It only happened to me on Day 3 with jesse. I was hiding and when an enemy passed near him, he shot him. They didn’t find me. And when i killed all of them he apologized

Has anybody noticed the first scene where Joel Is walking up to Ellie. He's walking at the same pace as he was in the debut trailer and at the same part of the song.
I actually noticed that and it kinda freaked me out. When that teaser released, there was a theory that Joel was dead and only a figment of her imagination in that scene. Seeing him in the more recent trailers kinda put that theory to rest, it was surprising to see that was actually the case.
The story may or may not be to your liking, but we all have to agree that this game is incredibly designed. It’s so pretty

Aidan I personally didn’t have a problem with it. The writing is definitely a step down from the first game though and I think the fact that this had to follow up an emotionally potent masterpiece like The Last Of Us Part 1 probably hurt it
Facts. The gameplay is undeniably good. It is extremely well done, and the way all the different mechanics work together are fluid
man Scars were really unique. They were the most fun to fight. WLF were like hunters but Scars were on another level
Imagine when this game goes "remaster" for the PS5, also, this was a fantastic experience of a game, the haters just don't get it, sure the story isn't what I expected but accepted that the director went for a non cliche happy ending type of story.(Also, I didn't saw the notorious leaks)

It's still very unrealistic. On most of the animations, she ejects the round that was in the chamber of the gun, and doesn't pick it back up. Yet it is in her inventory later.

These 2 lists are absolutely incredible, one of the biggest things I loved about the game and about Naughty Dog in general is their attention to detail and you had stuff in here i didnt even notice. BUT how could you leave out the fact that there is always something going on with their facial expressions, and how when Ellie stealth kills somebody and stabs them in the neck you can see the strain in her face and the fact that she is always looking away and doesnt watch them bleed
There's a line Owen said during the archery minigame that really cracked me up. If you don't shoot anything, he after a while goes, "Did you...did you like forget the rules of the game or something?"
I think one of most detailed parts is the veins on the characters

All of them were great and ever Informative as usual. The amount of effort put into this game shows in spades, it’s gorgeous.
I love all the dialogues in the game too :D. In the stadium, cafeteria there is a group talking about Harry Potter ^^ - my favourite so far.

Another one I noticed is fallen foliage matches local flora, like once you get to Cali it's eucalyptus leaves, vs the deciduous leaves of Washington, etc. They put alot of detail into that

When Daenerys dragon was killed when they were returning from winterfell, it was sunny and clear day how could they did not notice the small armada below on the sea?!?
And the fact she retreated with Drogon immediately from the fight but a few episodes later she and drogon fights 10 times the number of ships and a whole city fully armed with dragons killing weapons and destroy them all, dont tell me a few episodes before she could not handle a few ships especially after seeing one of her beloved dragon get slayed, she does not even try to pursue them,and i dont think sailships can outrun a dragon.
You dont need to be a writer to judge when a story is badly written.

This game is so good that it had to have a second part.
I always opened the safes just by listening to that specific click because I was too lazy to look at the code again
