They need to add a fast pan option. For instance on Halo wars 2 you can hold Lb and it allows you to quickly scroll the map. I feel so slow issuing commands compared to pc.
hold "shift" while giving every order for "order-chain". That is on m&k obviously. Don't play an RTS game using a controller lol. Especially pvp because you'll get destroyed.

Ditto, disappointed that there isn't some sort of a medium setting. It's either sharp at 4k/30 or smooth at grainy 1080/60. Would very much like to see a 1440p with targeted 60 but variable with dips, as so many other games offer atm

@@orcuser to be fair, since I posted this comment they have updated it to be 1440p/60 in the performance mode is is so many miles better on the eye. I am satisfied with the visuals. However, would love to see some content updates.... At least parity with my PC edition
Looks bloody awful. Great big 'cursor' in the middle of the screen, left bumper X O right trigger... This game is 100% a PC game, or m/k for a natural experience.
Just, why..? These games are not for consoles, I can't understand why the developers have made such a focus of forcing this out on console (at the cost of the overall quality of the game). Do people really enjoy playing rts with controllers?
It’s actually fine to play on console. I used to play COH2 on PC and to be honest, playing on console really isn’t that bad. Just takes a little getting used to. I don’t know why there are so many PC guys losing their minds over this being on console. Time to stop crying about it
Rts had a history of console releases. StarCraft and command and conquer were n64 games, sim city was on the snes, and ofc halo wars was released on xbox 360. Not mention people with disabilities and carpal tunnel also play games too who can’t use a mouse and keyboard.
