September 2 marks a tragic anniversary. It’s been one year since Eliza Fletcher was kidnapped on her morning jog.

This suspect, Cleotha, reminds me of another guy who was recently arrested for the murder of a young woman Mitchel Dang in Atlanta. This second guy, Jaquavius or Ja'Keivious is his name, kidnapped Dang, did horrific things to her, and then brutally killed the nice young woman. We need the death penalty reinstated, because these predators have proven to be repeat offenders.
