Curious as to why u didn't elevate the rear foot? Maybe this targets the quads more? The rear foot being elevated would incorporate more hams? Btw, love your videos, keep them coming.
Adam Hillian yes elevating the back foot would place more emphasis on the hams and glutes I would imagine. mountaindog1 I've seen a video with u doing foot elevated with db's but not barbell. Tried some foot elevated BB splits squats myself last night and unfortunately pulled my left hanmy. Was getting 225 lbs for reps with no problems until the hammy popped. I should have warmed up more extensively.

I do those too...I have them on my Instagram...I need to put some on here...I do love elevating that back foot too!
