    In arabic it is yasmin.

    I’d like you to try something different with a song of Fairouz! Can you listen to “Ana w Shady” أنا وشادي song and guess what it’s taking about, only with the help of her vocals expressions and accompanying music, and without knowing any of the words? I tried this with a non speaking Arabic and surprisingly he was able to guess 90% of the meaning. Like is you agree with me :)

      Hiba tawaji does not have Fayrouz vocals neither Fayrouz technique. She is a soprano colorature and fits western music, while Fayrouz is a contralto and sings eastern and western style. Fayrouz vocals are exceptional : she has a really beautiful angelic voice ... that no one has.
