I'm honestly staggered that Wagamamas is successful.
Everything about it is garbage, the service, the food, the price. Bringing out mains before starters.
Like Gogglebox, fair enough like what you wanna like, but holy hell it's depressingly popular. People, smh.

I've had the completely opposite experience and I'm not so stupid that I can't understand that the food comes when it comes, as you are told.
There are no "mains and starters" you illiterate.

I work at wagamama as one of the managers and honestly it baffles me how it’s so popular.
Every complaint we have is the same “food came at separate times”. And I understand the frustration but Wagamama won’t change the way they do stuff.
I started 3 years ago when a chicken katsu was £10 now it’s £14.50. The price is outrageous for the service and quality of food. Yet it seems to be getting more popular. May I add that pay has only been risen 3 times in the 3 years I’ve been there but the menu prices were increased SIX times in one year.
Safe to say I’m looking for another job
