Let’s just look at the facts:
    - You didn’t report your daughter missing for over a month
    - Your car smelled like a dead body
    - You lied to detectives about the case numerous times
    - You went out partying WHILE your daughter was missing and even got a tattoo
    - Wrote in your diary about how this is the happiest you’ve ever been and how “the end justifies the means” a week after your freaking daughter was reported missing
    - Acted completely nonchalant about the whole thing, like your daughter disappearing and possibly being murdered wasn’t a big deal
    - Stating that you sleep “pretty good at night,” which is NOT something a grieving mother would say
    - EDIT: I also found out that she googled “foolproof” ways to suffocate someone (the amount of evidence against her is just overwhelming)
    - The story you’re telling makes NO sense. You fell asleep with Caylee in your arms, and then George came in holding her lifeless body, and THEN you think she was alive and well for 31 days??? 🤨🤨🤨🤨 the math ain’t mathin
Point fingers all you want, Casey. But you are doing your daughter and everyone who loved her a disfavor by choosing not to be honest.

I think next time it will be a boyfriend or another husband, or possibly a woman she’s is jealous of. Of course since she stole from her grandparents who were sick and old and vulnerable quite a bit of money so she may pick someone like her daughter or an elderly person again because they are vulnerable, and can’t fight back. Maybe she will get lucky and meet someone who can put their foot on her neck, before she hurts or kills another vulnerable human being. I can’t help but think of that verse by Jesus Christ that says to the hypocrites “ what you have done to the least of my people you have done to me” and the one where he tells people “ it’s better to drown yourself in the ocean than to hurt a child.” “ Suffer ye not the little children.” Both of these he is letting the hypocrites know they won’t be allowed in his heavenly kingdom. I’m sure that’s why Casey has the mandala on her because she is hoping she won’t be judged for what she did. And doesn’t want to embrace the teachings of Jesus because they include being kind and loving and having respect for your fellow human beings and of being loving and protective of children and vulnerable human beings, so she will seek a religion where she escapes consequences.
I believe in a forgiving God that can forgive things we probably can’t fathom, but first he expects you to show regret and remorse and he also expects you to serve your punishment on the earth under the law of the land. She has done nothing to show regret or remorse. And she has never served a day or spent her life in service to at least try and show some forgiveness. I think she is an antisocial personality. The DSM describes anti social personalities and she checks every box. I don’t think she will ever admit to what she has done. Or show any remorse. What else is mind blowing is there are really innocent people that serve long sentences. And yet she who is guilty is out free as a bird physically. She must be desperate thinking people will believe her new stories and stop despising her, and recognizing her. It won’t happen, but she’s deluded enough to try and do another crazy story because she thinks she is so convincing. When you hear her mother still believe what she says, you understand why she thinks she can fool everyone. Cindy is still sadly taking up for her. And that’s not gonna ever help her.

    • @foxibot
      @foxibot Před rokem +5

@@jadez57 Cindy did call police immediately once Casey admitted that she did not have Caylee. Cindy immediately called the police saying it smells like a dead body has been in the car, because George knows as a policeman what they smelled like, when Casey said the imaginary Xanny the Nanny had the baby. That’s the one thing she did right, and that is why she got her arrested. She had told George and Cindy a lie and kept putting them off that month to see Caylee making up excuses and lies that Caylee was safe with the nanny until she couldn’t anymore because Cindy was suspicious.
Casey is a pathological liar and you can’t believe anything she says. She lied about the most mundane things, when she was interviewed with the police. I don’t think it was as accidental overdose as some people think either. Plus Casey had admitted to drugging the child to her prison inmate friends. She didn’t want the baby, because it stopped her from going out and interferes with relationships with guys, but she didn’t want her parents to have the child either, because she was jealous of the child getting live and attention. She is a pathological liar and psychopath. If you watch the interviews she lies about things that were easily shown to not be true, like her working at Universal and Xanny the nanny. She would make up complex lies that were easily found out, she even made up the full 3 part name of the imaginary nanny. A child was murdered by its biological mother, a child who could have had a good life. She also wanted to see George and showed no anger or fear or animosity towards him at all. She and she alone is responsible for the death of that baby. Her parents indulged her when she was younger, instead of getting her help. Casey also stole tens of thousands of dollars from her sick elderly grandfather and grandmother, and from other close family and friends. The evidence was overwhelming against her, the jury was reluctant to give her the death penalty, and the prosecution should have explained to the jury that she still could still get 15 years for child endangerment. But the prosecution didn’t explain that, even the judge said something about that. If they hadn’t made it a death penalty case she more than likely would have been convicted.

I’ve never seen that kind of fear on her since our little brother passed away from SIDS as an infant. She ran into the house crying hysterically and shaking while calling 911. Yes, George DID say if Casey ever spoke out about the case, he would take her to court for wrongful death. He said it as a threat to keep her quiet. Re-examine this behavior in the light of Casey's new accusations, she was afraid of her father, her molester. So much so it took her over ten years to come forward, and I am glad she did. And the evidence that you should consider is that George is now silent in face of these accusations!
He doesn't dare take her to court, he can not defend himself, the facts are not on his side. He is lucky he got away with this crime as long as he has, but the truth is bubbling to the top, and the bloodhounds of truth are sniffing out the facts. People are waking up to his carefully, brilliantly crafted plan to frame his daughter for the murder of Caylee.
Look at the facts, they all point to George. Casey was a flawed patsy that didn't stand a chance against her father's professional treachery, as a cop who pulled off a nearly perfect crime. That is hard to do, and he only got away with it because of the rush to judgment of the public outcry. Do you really think hapless Casey had the where with all to eliminate her daughter just to go dancing? And pull it off in such a way that no evidence could be demonstrated against her? What did Brian Laundrie do after he killed Gabby Petito? He went into hiding, that is what fingered criminals do, they hide. It's a story as old as the Bible, when Cain killed his brother Able. It's human nature! She didn't hide, because she didn't do it.
You will never hear George defend himself against these new accusations. You have the facts right about saying he would take her to court, but his actual reaction is wide of the mark. Please reconsider. Justice for Caylee is the reason to re-examine the this case.
I recognize that you are appalled at the death of Caylee, we all are. And it seems fitting that we find ourselves outraged and ready to deliver justice where it is deserved. But don't make your final judgement it by feelings alone. Facts are important. They will speak for themselves, if we give them liberty to unfold. I hope you reconsider, sincerely.

I watched the interview with her parents. The sad truth is that the only person who is facing what really happened and who is genuinely mourning the loss of Caylee is George. Losing Caylee is absolutely killing him. Even though Casey is his daughter, she'd better never spend an hour alone with him because I'm not entirely sure he could restrain himself from taking vengeance on her for that long. I know it's minimal compared to everything she has previously done, but this feels like a whole new low for her. First, your dad falls on the sword to save you from the death penalty by letting your lawyers score sympathy points with the jury by completely tarnishing his reputation by accusing him of one of the most heinous crimes - regularly sexually abusing his daughter. Even though he absolutely detests you for what you did to his precious granddaughter he lets it happen because he believes it is fatherly duty to protect you that far. And yet instead of saying thank you to your dad and laying low you instead reward him by telling an even worse story several years later putting all of the blame on him. Also, you decide to completely insult Caylee's memory by basically twisting her beautiful, pure relationship with her grandfather into something horribly sordid in the public sphere, and you try to basically put the blame on the person who has been doing the most to honor her memory. As I said, I know it's minimal compared to her previous crimes, and none of it surprises me, but it is just a whole new level of disrespect and ingratitude towards both her father and to Caylee's memory.

He may have been the father of Casey, and she is clearly a monster, but he was also very present in raising Caylee, and from everything everyone has said who met her Caylee was an absolute angel. If George has to be responsible for Casey's evil side, does he also get to take credit for Caylee's good side? I do believe the mother's inability to see the truth and overindulge her daughter and not set proper boundaries with proper consequences may have led to some problems, but there are plenty of mothers who make that exact same mistake and their children never become this evil. She told you why she did nothing. Her father said he was going to fix this. She spent years under his control, perhaps you can't understand the power of an adult man over a girl whose most intimate privacy he invades night after night as the victim learns to cooperate with the aggressor to make it possible to endure the onslaught. She was under his thumb and suddenly he angrily confronts her with the death of her daughter and blames her, and she explains to you how she crumbles into a puddle with her daughter in her arms, undoubtedly in shock, and then her father speaks nicely too her, because she assumes her position of subservience, from years of studied control he recognized that behavior well and he tells her, Daddy will fix this, don't worry. She responds to the niceness and dares to hope everything will be okay.
Do you know she called him daily over and over looking for answers? "Where is she", "is she okay", and he would put her off with "soon", "I will let you know". She was not hiding from George, she was hiding from Cindy. And no doubt George thought of Cindy too and facilitated this separation. The wrath of Cindy was going to be terrible when it struck. We need to look at the phone calls between George and Casey. There lies one of the smoking guns.
If there is pathology in Casey, this is where it is most profound, in her dark hours of loss, while George calls the shots and sets her up to take the fall.
Prove me wrong. Prove Casey wrong. If you can't, then you need to demand an inquiry to these new facts. This fits the narrative better than any of the crazy stories everyone has chosen to believe... Caylee was chloroformed, she was drowned, she was left in a hot trunk after being given drugs, she was neglected to death, everyone has a different story. How is that possible? Where is the justice in these gut feelings, with no proof? The jury was more responsible than the mob, they would not convict on lack of concrete evidence, even though they wanted to. I give them a lot of credit for behaving responsibly as jurors are required to do.
Casey deserves to be heard and these new facts must be investigated. That is how crimes are solved, examine the facts. Who dares to say otherwise?

    • @ISayFinn
      @ISayFinn Před rokem

@@hoolsey6779 I don't think we can answer that question, without further investigation. The balance of power between a father with background as a cop, and likely past of molesting his daughter and a clearly immature Casey, lies and all, can only be explained if we get answers to the unanswered questions that plague this crime.
George clearly has the advantage, Casey, a trained liar, like her mother, did not do herself any favors by listening to her father. But at the time, she had not figured out what happened. And slowly, George spun a web around her.
She claims he told her to act like normal. That needs to be investigated. Did he or not? She says he molested her, doctors agree in assessing her as a likely victim of sexual assault. This needs to be investigated.
George did not call the cops when he found the car, even though he claimed to be looking for Caylee, he did not call the cops, and as a cop, he has no excuse, he knows valuable evidence may have been lost by moving the car to his home. This needs to be investigated.
Did you know, Caylee's clothes that she was wearing when they found her, tattered and worn away with time and weather and animal damage, were identified by Cindy as shorts that were two size too small for her.
Cindy explained that Casey and her put all of Caylee's outgrown clothing in a box of discards that was kept in Caylee's room. Why do you think Caylee was in these shorts? Do you think Cindy or Casey would make that mistake putting her in clothes too small for her? No, they would not. Who do you think would do this? I assert that it would be George. It is unlikely he knew of this discard box of clothing, so seeing them there, he would grab one off of the top and use it.
The last and most treacherous question that needs to be answered, was WHY? The shorts were so small that they were torn when they were put on her, when she was likely crammed into them. Why would he redress her? Was it to dispose of clothing that might reveal evidence of how or when or where she died and how it was done? This needs to be investigated.
There are legitimate holes in this investigation, the facts are not all in. Clearly mistakes were made and the investigation is not complete. And that is why the jury came back with a verdict that stunned the world.
One can't bake a cake if the recipe is missing some of the ingredients. Nor could the jury find criminal guilt, without all the facts.
Let the honest, logical and fair among us demand another investigation. Justice for Caylee demands the truth. It's time to stop throwing stones, when we do not have the whole story. Let the mob dissipate, this travesty has gone on long enough.

@@hoolsey6779 Maybe she was more afraid of her father.
Imagine you are eight years old, your father comes into your room at night and does unspeakable things to you. He threatens you not to tell your mother, most molesters do. She speaks in her interview about being on guard against her door opening at night. It would be bad enough for any adult woman to endure, but what if you are a child. And what is the person that is doing this to you is your father? And what if you had to try to live a normal life most of the time, just to cope.
Casey's lawyer Jose Baez floated this accusation in court, and it was not well received, not by George (of course not), or the public. No one wanted to hear of any other potential guilt, than Casey's.
Would Casey have taken the stand, if Jose's revelation had been met with a better reception? Perhaps, but that did not happen and I think she was smart not to speak, she wasn't ready, I think it has taken her years to come to terms with how she was duped by her Father.
George is guilty. And that is why he has remained silent. Ask yourself, if you were accused of this heinous crime, and you were not guilty, would you defend yourself?

The tape couldn't be proven it was on her face. Which it prob wasn't. They should of focused on the trash in the trunk. It has grave wax on it. Proof she was decomposing in the trunk. Had they of done that she would of been guilty. They did not. The jury shouldn't of found her guilty with what was presented. As hard as it was they followed the law not their emotions. Which reading so many comments it's scary that most would serve on a jury and disregard the actual law.

She was in shock, she doesn't really know what she saw, except that Caylee was wet. Her dad was yelling at her, she probably reverted to her years of when he molested her and did as she was told. Is it really that hard to believe that a grown man can have an affect like that on a young girl in grief, who was molested by him for years? I think that's a really tragic combination and I can't see how she is going to appear normal. Makes perfect sense to me!

@@ISayFinnwhat do you mean she doesn’t know what she saw? She said George handed Caylee’s body to her and she was heavy, cold and soaking wet, then he told her everything was going to be okay, took Caylee inside the house and that was the last time she ever saw her. There’s no logical reason for her to have believed she was alive and well after that, especially since she never saw or heard from her again. And why would anyone in their right mind take this woman’s word on her father abusing her when her credibility is non-existent to begin with and she blatantly contradicted herself by saying she didn’t remember the abuse until she was behind bars and away from her father, then said she made sure Caylee was never left alone with George bc she was afraid he would abuse her?
