    Summary for me and those who need it :
    Morning on empty stomach : Turmeric tea OR lemon and chia seeds drink.
    Breakfast (after 40 minutes) : apple carrot or apple banana smoothie.
    Lunch : toasted brown bread with sliced boiled egg and one apple sprinkled with cinnamon.
    After half hour : matcha green tea OR regular green tea
    (In between snacking options : carrot, cucumber, celery, beetroot, 3 dates)
    Dinner by 7:30pm : bowl of masala oats OR gira oatmeal
    Bedtime : glass of warm lemon water
    (Keep yourself hydrated)

    Turmeric tea or lemon and chiaseed tea
    Apple banana smoothie/apple carrot smoothie (squeeze 1lemon, dates,1table spoon of black seed, one tablespoon of freshly ground cinnamon powder or small piece of cinnamon stick.) Sprinkle cinnamon powder .
    Lunch : Toast one brown bread and top it with 1 boiled egg. Salt&pepper. + 1 apple sprinkled with freshly ground cinnamon.
    After 30mins have 1cup of matcha tea or regular green tea
    Evening : have a cup of green tea or matcha green tea
    Dinner : masala oat or just oat. 7:30pm
    Have a glass of warm lemon 🍋 water.

    I completed my 10 days but i cheated on 2 days cos of wedding season, so cant say for sure but i lost 2.5kg and hell loads of bloating around waist line, i forgot to take measurements before and after else i would have updated that too, m gonna take 2-3 days break and start over religiously again for 10days and than i shall update again.       Thanks for coming back with the feedback, do take a break of 2-3 days if you plan to start over. On the break days, use any one of my breakfast smoothies and oats or other lunch options I have already posted. All my recipes are sugar and oil free (I do use a little bit of healthy fats at times). Keep your diet sugar and oil free till you achieve your target. Hope this helps and also keep yourself hydrated by drinking water, turmeric tea, green tea etc.

      Today is the 10th day
      My weight decreased quickly in the first few days like i mentioned above. Later the rate got down. I started at 74 kgs, on 4th day i was 71kgs, today on the last day i'm 69 kgs.
      Didn't lose 10kgs but i'm happy.

    Thank you for your video. I was diagnosed with pcod and I was having thyroid problems too. doctor suggested to loose 6kgs in 2 months. Initially I was doing home based workouts for 45 to 50 minutes but the result was not so good. Then I followed this video for 10days (slightly modified receipes) with 15 minutes of workout, the result was fantastic. I would have lost 4 kgs in 10 days.. and we just celebrated my daughter 's first birthday a month ago. Thank you again 😍

    I just finished this diet but I lost only 2.5kgs😑 I have been doing 30-45min walk ... I'm still happy, got hope to loose more..

    Meri mano toh lockdown ke phele I was 50 lockdown me 66 kg hogaya fir mane Thani ki kaam krna hai isliye jitna khati thi usko thoda kam kr ke khane lgi fir me bohot kam pani piti thi isliye apne hisab se jada pani pine lgi adat banayi or fir pani pina hi chhod diya or khane me chai biscuits 2 to 3 times body fir achanak kam hone lgti fir kya 56 kg pr ake ruk gaya jo bhuk meko bardas nhi hoti thi vo bardasht hone lgi .... Fir depression ke karan aur khana kam hogaya fir ek time ka khana 2 time chai biscuits ya toh jo man kiya vo junk food or 2 time chai biscuits 😅 ab 53kg hai 3kg or kaam krna hai 2 month me 66 to 53 kg ka journey 🤪
    But lockdown ke phele me ek din me ek time ka khana bhi thikse nhi khati thi jese half chapati thodi si dal pani half glass 48 to 50 kg tak tha height 5.7 feet
    But lockdown me 3 to 4 times khati thi 2 to 3 chapati plus chawal no snacks only healthy food n subha ek glass bhar kr bornvita n sote vakt ek glass bohot khati thi bhuk bhi bd gyi thi limit hi nhi bhuk bhadasht hi nhi hoti thi ab 1 ya 2 times khati hu 2times chai biscuits vrna junk food n 2 time chai biscuits vala routine hota hai...

    Before following this routine please check out Sandeep Maheshwari's don't loose 10 kgs in 10 days video. Believe me it was really helpful I too wanted to loose weight badly but after watching that video my mind completely changed.

    Its impossible to lose 10 kgs in 10 days that too with 900 cal and light exercise. At the max u can lose 2-3 kgs in a healthy way and that too with exercise. DONT GET CARRIED AWAY.

    I have lost 3kgs in 4days.. I start up my day with tulsi tea with few drops of lemon.. and thn after an hour I eat some fruits... For lunch I eat egg white and few dry fruits.. Around 6 I take a cup of green tea ... By 8 I sum up my dinner which is oats.... And I go a short walk before sleeping .. that's it

    losing a kg per day is impossible, in fact even losing a pound per day is also not possible. losing a pound means 3500kcal deficit per day, which is impossible...

    I love most of your videos, but this one gives very dangerous advice. I’ve researched this extensively in the past and the average person should not lose more than 0.25 to 0.5 pounds per day. Certainly not 1kg =2.2 lbs. potential dangers: permanent loose skin from rapid weight loss, muscle mass loss that could have other health effects (I know from experience), strong likelihood of bounce-back weight gain, fatigue, and more
