Lmao that palico gadget revive should make you invulnerable for a certain amount of duration so you don't waste your time getting revived then dying right after
It's just a skill you get called resuscitate. I use it although most times I never really die but still pretty useful.

@@SofieLoaf Normal Anjanath is a medium class monster (it outclasses Great Jagras and Tobi-Kadachi but is outclassed by Rathalos).
Fulgur Anjanath is a nomadic monster strong as an Apex.
For those people saying that "oh they're bad at the game" or "play LS better" it doesnt actually matter HOW you play the game, as long as you can finish the quest. Also, don't criticise someone unless you yourself have no flaws and are 100% perfect at playing the game. This is just a friendly reminder, not trying to start a fight here. (Although I bet some salty person is going to start one anyway)
yeah cause that’s a super shitty argument. not saying I don’t have flaws with LS (everyone isn’t perfect, duh), but that doesn’t mean you can’t be much better than someone else. as long as they’re better, they can give pointers and really it’s all up to the recipient on what they’re gonna do with the information and how they take it.

Like how I recommend bfd to use fade slash combo into spirit instead of the 2 long animations of the first 2 attacks in the basic combo because it will just make it faster. Bfd can play however they want just a recommendation but other people just say play it better with nothing to help them

Hitboxes
Pounces/jumps and charge attacks usually turn each part of a monster into a hitbox, in this case he was touched by fulgur's tail while he did the jump attack

fulgar is honestly one of LS's worst match-ups, nearly all its attacks are 2 hits so countering will still have you take damage or even get hit out of it before the counter hit connects, plus any attack that isn't multi hit puts him outside your range. plus it's still anjanath, so it's hitbox's aren't very good either. cool monster, just not fun.

They're playing bad on purpose. Read the channel title this is boss fight database. If you want flawless fights, watch TA runs. This kind of playstyle prolongs the battle so everyone can see the complete moveset of the monsters and you can see how much damage they deal vs certain tier or rarity of gear. In fact, most new players playing Monster Hunter for the first time would relate to this kind of footage. This also highlights the terrain, background music, the moster roars, and moveset telegraphs. Just enjoy the damn video. Damn elitists.

He did manage to kill it in twenty ish minutes so he’s obviously pretty good. I only say this because master rank monsters tend to be super unfairly buffed in health and damage. My normal time for stuff is about twenty five minutes(except for Shrieking because no) and that’s only because I have everything buffed with attack bonuses.
@@songbird6414 i dunno it does feel pretty chill to me as long as you play solo... when i actually use the element the monster is weak against my hunts take roughly around 15 to 20 min max. And im using sns so with more damaging weapons i think you can be faster. Online tho hunts can be drawn out if youre not a full team since the whole scaling thing.
Luca Rothenberger damn. Maybe I need to up my game. I play online because I haven’t found any other option and every first hunt takes about thirty to forty minutes. I have no idea how to up my damage any more than I already have, with full attack buffs and critical eye. Ugh. Maybe I’m just bad at the game😂
@@songbird6414 what is your main weapon? And yeah some people complained about iceborne beeing unfair when in reality its just more streamlined towards the older games. So i guess i was acclimated to MR from the get go not like many new players that felt a bit overwhelmed. Also i dont have hunting times like 15 min when im fighting a monster for the first time - theres always that period when you have to analyze the creature youre fighting and adapt to it. But many MR monsters are returning ones from older games that ive fought so many times that i could kill them blind folded by now. My best tip is to always study the monster your fighting and once you know its moveset and tells just play as aggressive as possible - dont be afraid to kick the bucket, but if you fight risky and aggressive you will have to go out of your comfort zone and adapt to this playstyle eventually.

it's just me or master rank doesn't even compare to g-rank in previous games? this is just too weak to be g-rank.
Depend on how yoy look at. Pass mh games. Many monsters had bullshit hitboxes an moved faster than you, while your controls were super stiff. Anyway from a friend who has finished the game told me end game he was destoryed by basic monster as they were suped up for post game.

@@dantevic Don't get me wrong, i love every aspect about MHW and how the gameplay feels, i'm just saying that, back in the days of MHUnite, G-Rank was a thing, and doing it solo was a real challenge.

@@artekai6870 I feel like old g rank isnt that hard coming from a player who played world first. Soloing g rank was hard because it was scaled for 4 players while in iceborne you dont need 3 other people to help you, this led to some of the monsters feeling like health sponges at times
It jumped while I was BESIDE IT and I died. It happened twice in a row. Ice borne was not worth it because of this

2 _ I deleted it. Since I bought it on the console. Capcom still has to fix some bugs in the game that they didn’t fix for 2 years. But I have to give it to them they worked hard, but after they stopped working. I will probably get it back if they fix the bugs. I couldn’t even join without it disconnecting me.
The Legend Himself You know I don't have online capabilities on my ps4 and have been playing solo since 2013. I had struggles with certain monsters that made me challenge my playstyle but for some reason thus one did not give me trouble. I got armour from different monsters like banburo n glavius n brachiyos and used the ice dragon lance forgot its name but the one from coral highlands only like the 3rd upgrade or 2nd pf that but I happened to fully upgrade greatsword master rank barroth tree I died twice but my last attempt pulled out my fucking greatsword and fucked him up and had level 3 K.O slugger.
2 _ I didn't really have trouble with the fight it was the bugs that they needed to fix. Even after I beat him twice the game said that I didn’t complete it. Once more I tried to join on one and it disconnected me from the whole session. I had trouble with the “connection issues” after I finished all hunter rank quests, but it turns out I wasn’t the only one with it.
