    Supreme Terekhova as always!
    With beauty, elegance and strength combined with unexpected mischievousness, she was perfect as Diana.

    As always, she is perfection itself! I quite agree, the only true Diana.

    She is just brilliant, whatever she does. He's an admirable hunk too !

    Искусство. абсолютного перевоплощения : древняя греческая богиня с Олимпа собственной персоной.
    Первый раз со мной такое, будто экскурс на тысячи лет назад

    I don't think anyone will ever equal Terekhova's Diana! I'd never even heard of D. & A. (different era, long before the wall fell), when a friend suggested my partner & I perform it for a gala. My friend was so modern, she had a VCR(!), & played us a video of Terekhova (& Berezhnoi, I *think*), dancing it at Covent Garden (wish I cd find a copy of that one). We studied, used it in the studio (1st time I'd learned a piece from video); felt like they were our coaches. Performance went well--fun!

    and kovmir and berejnoi still danced the old vaganova/chabukiani coreography and didn't portraied a shepard under steroids as too many dancers of these days.

    @Bnesque YES BUT KOVMIR WAS A VERY GOOD DANCER,MORE STRONG IN TECNIQUE THAN THE TOO LANGUID BERZNOJ,SAW LIVE BOTH THEM ,NO COMPARATION AMONG THEM,KOVMIR IN HIS PERIOD WAS AMONG THE BEST IN KIROV.OFF COURSE NOT SAME LEVEL OF FAROUK,BUT AN ALL RESPECT DANCER.

    @Bnesque and kovmir was a good partner for her and a stronger partner than her husband berejnoi

    @kirov1bolshoi Maybe I'm too sacastic. At least he was a great partner, he looks really great in a role of Anna Karenina's older husband. Bereznoj acts out his strict code of life and composed suffering brilliantly.

    @Bnesque Před 14 lety

    @pediatrapaola I don't think the dancer named Bereznoj did not exist, just Mr. Terekhov did! And the level of dancer like Faroukh rarely came out. sigh

  • @Bnesque
    @Bnesque Před 14 lety +1

    @pediatrapaola Neither of them pleased me. My fav for her partner was Faroukh!

    @pediatrapaola One day kraneman and bora would make fine Karenin together, because Karenin is a boring husband.
