- For removing frozen common rail injectors from the cylinder head using 20 tons hollow piston cylinder. In case the injector breaks off during pulling on the lower screw connection can the additional pull spindles be used to pull out the rest of the injector.
It is recommended that after successful removing the injector to recondition the injector shaft with our Cleaning Set 9038100.

Additionally are the injectors clamped multiple times. Through this multiple clamping is a safe pulling with 20 tons pulling force assured

Brilliant tool this is, the trouble people experienced trying to remove these Renault/Vauxall Injectors in the past, before this removal kit come about, makes life so much easier....
The tools you have is excellent but you know how to use it but please make sure you plenty of light thanks for demonstrating.
These injectors usually have to be drilled out. Good advertising.😉

Mamma mia che motore di merda,anche si un motore affidabile che fa tanti klm,però quando inizia a darti problemi!!!!hmmmm,ha un difetto che l'acqua entra dentro il cofano e si accumula dove si trovano le iniettore dopo di che si creano piano...... Il zinco e ruggine,quando il meccanico di fiducia vuole intervenire per farti risparmiare non vengono fuori tranne con la sua attrezzatura fatta apposta e costa un sacco di soldi e lo fanno apposta a costringerti di andare a loro officina autorizzata,anche i bulloni si spezzano, Renault a fatto un sporco lavorò,bravo Renault.
What about the other type of injector with the grey top? there are two injector types in m9r engines I would be interested if your tool can remove both types.
You are talking about the bosch side feed injectors......the ones in this video are piezo. These ones didn't seem that stuck compared to the bad ones I've seen!
