So here's my review of the 24 inch Nose to Tail NECA 2014 Godzilla! Or Head to Tail. Or Head to Toe. Which is wrong. lel
This movie action figure belongs in your collection! Especially if you're a fan of Godzilla or Kaiju in general.
I picked it up at the Toys R Us website. Wish they would make a proper MUTO figure so I could LET THEM FIGHT! Y'know?
In the meantime, I have the SH Monsterarts 2014 Godzilla, which is perfectly capable of fighting the NECA. S.H. Monsterarts should get on a MUTO figure. Dang. Where was I? Does anyone read this? Hallo?...
I wish they made more Godzilla figures like this. Huge, relatively affordable, and highly posable, there's virtually nothing to dislike.

Interesting fact from a interview with the director of 2014 Godzilla movie the custom roar used traveled ( ABOUT) 3 miles , many people called in complaints , I found the interview while researching Godzilla

This video is the reason why I got mine. Took a good while to find it. Though they actually went a bit lighter on the green on my figure.
I love this figure, the fact I even made his dorsal plates bigger and sharper with clay and repainted him, now he looks like how he was in his remake in 2014. But I just have one problem that I had since I bought this figure 5 years ago, I don't know which batteries they are supossed to be. Literally, I've spend almost ever since I got this guy to find those types of batteries, so could you tell me which batteries does it need, and what are they called and what do they look like, please? I would be finally happier if I finally found what they are!

After fantasizing about this figure for many years, I finally own one for myself, and to say it's an incredible figure, would be a huge understatement.

Actually, I just got this figure in thursday, and I removed his neck to find out that 24 inch Godzilla actually does have a double ball joint on the neck. Guess that the past Jobby four years didn't try to look closer.

I have the same 24" Neca Godzilla along with the huge 43" long Jakks Pacific giant size Godzilla. The 24" looks tiny next to it.

the 6 inch one is more black, and has a neck ball joint, but some of the other joins like the knee, don’t work as good

As a Godzilla fan, I went to see this movie with high hopes and walked out feeling kind of disappointed, but I went to see the movie again without so much high hopes and it was enjoyable for what it is. A Godzilla movie. For his 60th anniversary, I was hoping that this would hit it out of the ball park, but what kept me from liking the movie was too much ATJ. That guy just cannot act. Also, I did not like how they cut away from the fighting scenes. They did it way too much with that. I can see where they got that from the older Godzilla movies, but when the older movies did cut away from the action to the human story, it was only for a brief time and cut right back to the fighting. In this, they cut away from two fights that would have been so much more enjoyable to watch than ATJ. It is not in my top favorite Godzilla movies, but I am glad that the king is back and ready to take on more kaiju. Since Legendary has rights to both Godzilla and King Kong, I really hope that they do a King Kong vs. Godzilla remake.
I felt about the same way. I was expecting something really grand and really mind blowing, and I ended up a little disappointed. But I let it sit in my head for a while and thought about it, and it wasn't so bad anymore. Also, I would have been fine with the cutaways to the human story if the human story were INTERESTING. ATJ should NOT have been the main character...Bryan Cranston was the more interesting character AND better actor! And it would be pretty awesome to see a Godzilla vs. Kong remake.
