What’s a Beyond Membership? Also, why do ALL the newer homes have the garage in front? Probably the least attractive curb appeal. Finally, is it a requirement to purchase a golf membership?

Not sure what you mean by a "Beyond" membership. They have a social membership if you want to use all the amenities besides golf, and then a golf membership which includes everything and all the courses. You are required to get either the golf or social membership in order to live in this community.
Where would you situate the garage? There are rear entry garage homes in zero lot line communities and side load garages on larger lots that are new construction. Front loading garages are just the most popular and some longer lots/homes have the garage stick out more than others.

@@ragonzalezhomes at the start of your vid, you have script that reads “Beyond Membership”. With respect to the garage, most homes I see don’t feature the garage at the front of the house, because its not all that aesthetically pleasing. Most of the homes I see in this area have garages in front.
