Our road trip series has now unfortunately come to its end, but we couldn't be more happier ending it here at the Kapurpurawan Rock Formation in Burgos, Ilocos Norte!
Kapurpurawan Rock Formation is known for its creamy white and streamlined limestone formations, which have been sculpted by different oceanic and weather forces! This is easily the most unique and breathtaking attraction we've experienced during our trip to the North!

Ilocos Norte deserves more tourists, It looks beautiful. One think I notice is the beach front is really pubic and the distance from the beach to hotels are really within standard. Good governance it is. Unlike my province Negros Occidental which is very unorganized.

Sa Saud sila nag stay. Ibang iba na ngayon ang kapuluan beach, kasi parang kabuting nag usbungan ang business structures doon unlike 20 years ago na mga small cottages lang ng Hannah at yong Kapuluan beach resort ang nandoon noon , virgin na virgin noon,Blue Lagoon ang popular na tawag namin noon, meron na kasing malaking hotel ng hannah doon at naging commercial na ang ambiance, nawala yong kakaibang aura ng kapuluan.

I'm from I Locos. if you do not want to take the road trip you can take the flight from Manila Airport to Gabu laoag, I locos norte Airport. Just so you know. That's not hassle. And it took you 30minutes only to get there by plane
OMG, that "white rock" looks so much different from the time I saw it.

@@JanandAnn Everything you see on that rock formation was all white and the "anvil"/"boat" shape on top of the formation was so prominent 12 years ago.
By the way it's not La-og, it's pronounced as "lawag".

You need to visit Saud for the best beach cove. There are hotels there that serve great food.
Ps walking in the white rock formation was prohibited a few years ago that you were only allowed to take pics from afar. Erosion of the smooth ivory limestone is imminent and nothing will be left for the next generation to admire.
We visited saud in the 1st norte video and it sure was beautiful 😍

@@JanandAnn you’re welcome. Will check it out. Playa Tropical is a favorite. But you need to also check out the transplanted old houses in Sitio Remedios Heritage Village near Playa T. They usually hold weddings there and you can rent the houses. They have a pool and the food is great too. 😊💕

Did u guys get a chance to see paoay sand dunes and paoay church on your way to playa resort cause it's also one of the popular tourist spots here in Ilocos Norte
Unfortunately we didnt get to do that cus it was raining so much when we got to paoay :( but we plan to do another norte trip next summer and we’ll definitely stop by the sand dunes then :)
