    Lovely looking beer! Nothing wrong with a beer that's slightly different to what you envisioned, if it tastes great! Nice looking recipe and hop combo. Cheers mate 🍻

    Pleased to see you use spotless water, I have made 3 batches so far using this water and perfect for building that profile. Great beer by the way

    Looked a lovely pint,I seem to find that lager/pilsner style beers seem to by the hardest to clear up,but glad it turned out decent enough.
    Cheers mate 🍺🍻

    It might not be what was originally planned but it still sounds like a very nice beer. Would you consider going all NZ with the hops and swapping the Citra for Riwaka? Cheers!

      Definitely...I'm a big fan of NZ hops. You must have read my mind as I've been planning a beer with Riwaka! Cheers mate.

    Love your channel. Am just about to get into kegging myself. With your closed transfer being gravity fed are you purging your keg then relying on Co2 in your fermenter to help it across? Thinking of similar set up. With how many brews you do and leaving them for 6 weeks in general, how many kegs have you got?

    • @G-townbrewer
      @G-townbrewer  Před 6 měsíci

      Thanks for commenting. Yes I purge keg with CO2, then let all the pressure out of the keg with the PRB keeping it sealed of course. It’s can take a while to fill the keg but you have to be patient. I’ve only got a few kegs but having an overhaul in my brewing space so I’ll hopefully have room for more soon. Cheers! 🍻

      @@G-townbrewer I live in a hot part of Australia and have to temperature control my fermenting so I laugh when you say you’re putting your fermenter in the shed. My shed is 40 degrees Celsius the last month haha.

      @@andrewbonhomme8069 haha. Yeah I have the opposite problem most of time in the uk so need to keep it warm. I have a temp controlled fridge in the shed.
