Get comfortable and relax. Create an imaginary lockbox in your mind and visualize storing ALL of your problems and concerns into it and lock the box for now. Relax deeper, every part of your body one section at a time. Next state to yourself your goal of this experience and confirm that you are more than your physical body. Using your voice, hum or vocally sync to the frequency for a bit(very important until you are more experienced)! Then you enter deeper meditation. You can visualize/create a spiraling energy field around your body(coming from the crown of your head, twisting around your entire body and going into The bottom of your feet) to protect you from any negative energy that you may encounter. My military side of the family had the entire files "project Stargate" and the "gateway process" I've been practicing since I was a a teenager using the original casset tapes which were much more inducing than anything on the internet. It's becoming more and more difficult since we live in electromagnetic soup due to 5 and 6 towelettes popping up every quarter-mile. Traffic lights. Trees. Telephone pulls. And the original towers are fucking with everyone's cognition. Especially those who got pocket in the arm with that self replicating nano tech forced into uninformed masses of the population 3 yrs ago. Poor people don't even know their body has become an antenna causing negative emotions. Brainfog and all around confusion, not to mention second guessing what an individual has knows to be correct. This can be a positive outcome if transmuted by the brain properly. But sadly the collective will not be able to change their thought process and fight ir flight instinct kicks in when they hear contridiction to main stream narratives.

Why do you feel the need to restrict everyone from exploring their consiousness? Natural plant medicines are very helpful for those who use them properly. I use to have really bad sleep paralysis but haven't had an episode in years. Not even tired and 10 minutes later I had to stop cause my whole body started tingling and that means sleep paralysis. Its pretty scary but I got so use to it I can stop it from happening before it does.
Anyone else realize that this is exact sound your brain makes when you do a heavy dose of no2? Funny because I swore that sensation of doing a wip-it, to me at least, was like time traveling. I went back to me gandmas house when I was 4 and could feel and smell the carpet, from my nap on the floor. Just weird, smells and familiar images is all I can remember. Than boom... It is split I suggest u use quality WIRED headphones I bought a wired jbl earphones for 30bucks at d airport from this Middle East guy and those are the best sounding earphones I ever used Bluetooth headphones distorts d sound just a lil bit

what have people experienced? I do remote viewing in the sense that I can talk to a client do not ask for their address and I will drive to their place and knock on their door, I developed this further with an Asian girlfriend back in 2008 to 2011 since then I have not done this and I wanted to get back in the swing of things now that I am in my 50s but this Audio did nothing for me, I could not even see myself in the room or project any images. just NOTHING. can someone explain?

It seems to be a problem with YT when it compresses the video and transforms it to the format it uses ... I would be very surprised if it was a problem with Pro Tools (the program I use to create the binaural tones)
I will investigate what it may be, because after work and the care that I put into making these videos, it bothers me a lot that things like that happen.

I can't hear it, for me there was this subtle clicking from the beginning on, every couple of minutes there were approx. three to four clicks in 5-10 second separations but then it went away for some time and it got back again occasionally. I'm guessing it has to do with the yt compression and your device's ram.
@@NijeBitno72 i guess i am a bit late for this but it is sound interference from another source, you can replicate it properly and instantly by running another 4hz video and having a fan in the background, and it simulates a clicking of sorts so it must've been that but to a lesser degree.

This is not seperate 100 and 104 hz as if it was you could take singular earbud and compare the sounds, if you compare 100 hz and 104 hz the sound is distinctly different

@@Gstark88, it could also be my device, internet connection or me myself, but the tone seems to shift for me.
The sound changes due to the interaction in your head of the two frequencies that are ringing. In this case, 100Hz sounds on the left and 104Hz on the right during the entire video. Do the test…. Take out one of the earphones and you will notice how the same tone sounds all the time without variations in the sound, when you put both on at the same time you will notice this “sound change” again ;)
How does "base freqemcy" changes it? Is higher freqency better?

110Hz or 220Hz as base frequency may be better. They are music notes, hence may be meanful to human hearing.
100Hz is not a music note.

Yeah, found this quite flat, somewhat disappointing. :-P I would recommend " Guided Meditation for Remote Viewing by david Morehouse" I have had much better results with that. I tried blending the 2 audios , the cool down at the start then into these beats, meh results.

It was actually a setting in my iphone under accessibility/ audio visual / mono. I can hear the solid tone now when I remove an earbud. For this to work, isn’t the right ear supposed to be 100hz and the left ear 104hz? Would you be willing to make this with the left and right side swapped?

Fake, a constant 100 and 104 doesn't oscillate, only in your head will you hear the pulsing, but here, each the right and left headphone is oscillating. Not a 100hz tone.
If you feel anything, its a placebo from some random humming.
You are wrong. There is absolutely no oscillation in either left or right channel, only when you combine them.
