- Nebraska Cornhuskers Vs. Washington Huskies 1992. The game on September 19 was the first night game at Husky Stadium and Washington's seventeenth consecutive win. During the game, ESPN measured the noise level at over 130 decibels, well above the threshold of pain. The peak recorded level of 133.6 decibels is the highest ever recorded at a college football stadium.

This is why we love College Football. For these moments.
Go Huskies!! Husky Nation is gonna be back this season!! Husky Stadium is always real and very underrated
Go Dawgs! Oregon, Utah, and WSU all in Husky stadium. It'll be loud
Washington Huskies was at the Oregon game this year it was super quiet in the 4th quarter
Go Dawgs
Of course a Seattle crowd was the loudest
You ever wonder why the roofs of the football stadiums are shaped that way?
@@coreygolphenee9633 because it rains a lot in seattle
Go dawgs
What were the ranks of these 2 teams?
UW was #2
And Nebraska was rank 12
2:40 clearly not a catch
Rules were different back then
Rules were different back then. A receiver didn't need to possess the ball throughout the entirety of the catch. Using today's rules, that would not be a catch.
people were way louder back in the day than people currently. I think it’s the fact that phones and other technology weren’t as big back then
Are you serious 🤣🤣 ??
@@KingSosa97 go sit back in your room and use your head to think about it for once. The amount of people i see on their phones at the games is unbelievable. People were way louder and more locked in to the game back in the day compared to now. You just don’t see it bc you’re brainwashed by cell phones
@@chocolatemilk9102 you can’t be actually going to the games for one your phones barely works and for two there so much going on that you can’t watch your phone 🤣🤣🤣….. stop sitting in your room go to a game fr
@@KingSosa97 i think you are actually special needs and never been to a game🤣🤣 Come back to me when u finally get out the house and go little boy
Let's go huskies. New season, New head coach, AND he got his first win
0:44 this is where it got to 133
Awesome Game. Glad my vols have it now though
A month and a half to go boys let’s get it
I can't wait
I'm here after EA didn't even put us in the top 25 of their loudest venues. What a joke
I miss this Husky Stadium.
Really? I like it way better without the track. Basically the same place just without the track. But they have better lighting an a advertising banner now. Better scoreboard as well.
When they took the track out they left one side of the stands up so it's literally the same on one side.
I wish they'd add a second scoreboard on the other side. All about money.
Its so much better now. No Major college football team should have a track around the football field. We are right on top. Of the field now.
If autzen stadium had as many fans it would be so loud
Autzen hit 127 decibels against USC in 07. ESPN said that was a record.
Aw, Oregon always threatened by big brother.
Welp. We just had two SEC teams either match it or exceed it. Georgia broke the record by over 3 decibels, and LSU was .6 behind Washington’s old record. What a CFB Saturday we just had.
Georgia got help from them speakers 🔊 gtfoh
Go dawgs
Sorry huskies fans but at 2:41, I don't see how the ref missed that incomplete pass in the end zone. Oops! You got a freebie. But I'm not sure it mattered seeing the final score. But we Sun Devils usually have UW's number when you play us. It's always fun!
What's up my man👋
Aye what’s up
Man Washington teams be cheating with the records 😂😂😂
When was the peak decibel moment?
The safety by Tommie Smith.🙌🏼🙌🏼
Huskies by far
I’m a NDSU fan they had the loudest collages game with 126.5 decibels lol. He is wrong.
Husky stadium peaked at 133.6 dBA
A few games since this one have gone over 140 decibels.
WOOF!
Go dawgs baby.
Go ducks! Huck the Fuskies!

@@ujustgotpwnd123 LSU registered on a seismograph
@@AMysteryGhost I’m sure this one did too lol, it’s literally the loudest recorded college game decibel wise
@@ujustgotpwnd123 LSU vs Auburn is the only game to ever register
