Your story about your great grandparents made me think of my great grandparents.
My mom's dad's mom was a Rosie the Riveter. Her husband passed away when my Poppop was 15, but he was in the army. My mom's mom's dad worked for what used to be Bell Telephone as well as Western Union. He even rigged up an intercom system in my mom's parents' old house in like the 70s! from the house to the garage. And we even found the plans and schematics for it the other day while cleaning out our storage unit. I didn't know much about my dad's grandparents from other parent. Even though I met his dad's mom and she was so dang awesome!

I think this is my favorite soap I've seen you make yet. I'm a sucker for anything maple.
This soap looks delicious! I have actually tried to make cold process soap today 🙈 Using coconut oil and a vanilla fragrance and since I cannot stick to a recipe, I had to divide the soap and use cocoa to colour half and make a swirl... Waiting 24 hours to see how it turns out is t-o-r-t-u-r-e! And the 6 weeks wait afterwards before I can actually use it ?!? I need some more patience... Does anyone know where I can but some? No? Sigh!
Your planning skills are awesome! You have to know what you want to make literal months before you post the videos and make the shop ready to sell the soaps. Love your videos! You've got such a sweet personality.
Solveig Westermoen the 6 week cure time is for the water to evaporate and result in a hard longer lasting bar. You can try a bar out at about a week (I always do!) and it will be safe to use but it won’t be as nice and won’t last very long in the shower. I’m finding that soaps I made last winter are now more bubbly and mild to use than they were at 6 weeks cure.

Blueberry Muffins are my favorite. I couldn’t help but get distracted by the one section of soap that didn’t get three blueberries. Did anyone else notice?

4. When I was a kid I used to dump the brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal packets DIRECTLY INTO MY MOUTH and eat them just like that

And now for a comment that is unrelated and perhaps shouldn’t be said: I LOVE that you don’t always wear make-up! Particularly at vidcon, it makes me feel hopeful about the world that someone as awesome/famous as you can boldly parade around with no shame about the skin you’re in. I have struggled with wearing makeup because I felt I had to or needed to. I usually don’t want to wear it, but do if I want to make a good impression. That’s dumb! I should wear it when I want, not because I feel it’s necessary. Thank you for being a good example of that. Don’t change!

Your reaction has nothing to do with the berry, but something else that was missing in your life and is now showing up as the missing berry. I can tell this girl works hard working on her soap and her content. Deal with your personal issues and be kind to her.
