2 cloves garlic
2 cups fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup olive oil
1-2 diced shallots
1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
12 oz pepperoni
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsps lemon juice
salt and pepper or AP Seasoning
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp salad seasoning

Have you been to culinary school? You seem to be very knowledgeable regarding cooking. And of course tons of talent! I know you have lots of experience cooking. Perhaps you had/have a grandmother that you watched or cooked with. I know this much, you feed my tastebuds! I always enjoy your videos. Early on I got my inspiration from my Mama bc we were made to help in the kitchen. I was one of three daughters. It never was work for me bc I loved it. Now I have those memories of being in the kitchen with my Mama.
I make pasta salad year round and I'm going to add this recipe to my list.

I’m a home cook, taught by my grandmas and mom. I am loving your channel and recipes. 🥰❤👍 Since it is my husband and I (retired) I find it easy to half the recipes for us. But with 3 growing grandsons I can see where doubling the recipes may be necessary. 😂🤣😬🤦♀ I’m making your chicken bacon ranch sliders for dinner tonight. And my grandmothers cabbage rolls this weekend. I would like to see more slider recipes such as maybe a Philly cheesesteak one. ❤

I use pistachios, much cheaper and still really good
You can buy an already made pesto if that’s an option. BJ’s and Costco sell pesto.
Walnuts are also used in place of pine nuts. I use pine nuts and buy where I can get in bulk, so only buy exactly how much I need for recipe.
Walnuts, pecans, and/or sunflower seeds are options, too.

My niece is allergic to nuts and my sister was told to sub with sunflower seeds if needing the crunch in recipes.

This is basically an Italian dish. I love the pesto idea but it needs red wine vinegar. The vinaigrette is the traditional dressing. I’m not a fan of pepperoni or basil based pesto. I use parsley and mint. For best flavors I used Hard Salami. It adds such great flavor.

Gruyere shredded or a good feta cheese instead of mozzarella would be a flavorful substitute. Thinly sliced carmalized andui might be tastier than pepperoni...mebbe 🤔
