Someday these kids are going to realize how badass of a coach you’re. Your teaching resembles Seal Instructors, loud quick powerful words exactly when needed for a candidate to attain useful information, motivation and to level up mentally before a action to far out succeed what they would have done prior. 🍻

Considering this guy cheers for the Leafs, he’s actually not a bad coach.

the goalies where getting 2 shots at the same time in a lot of these drills. They need time to get set and also so they don't get a puck to the neck when they are not looking.

Good coaches ignore the goalies. Err'body knows that!

    There has to be
    1.Explanation
    2.Demonstration
    3.Repetition
When you apply all three you get communication throughout your entire team= development 👍🏽👊🏽

doing too many crossovers to travel a short distance is a waste of energy, all you need is powerful crossover that will give you the same speed but not waste your energy. otherwise your just moving your legs for nothing.

Audio makes this unwatchable without having to adjust volume every 2 seconds

Keep in mind, these young ladies parents had to fork a cheque over for these lessons. Meanwhile we get it for free. The audio isnt that bad.
