When Donald delayed the Secret Service in their attempts to get him to safety, imho he jeopardized himself, the Secret Service and every individual in the audience. If that doesn’t tell you who he is, and you don’t already know, I don’t think you will ever know.
While I acknowledge that, pending the completion of the investigation, there likely were failures in all levels of law enforcement agencies, ultimately Donald bears the brunt of responsibility imho.

I watched the attempted assassination video 3 times. I thought Trump's reaction to it was so odd. Asking where his shoes were & then pumping his fist & repeating..."Fight, fight, fight". It was disturbing to say the least. 😳🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🙄 Trump still creates more & more rhetoric. 🤮 He didn't visit the people who were injured & sent to the hospital & didn't visit the family that lost their father/husband. I remember when trump spoke out against vaccines in the mid-2000s. It didn't make huge news but it was news. There was also chatter about Baron when trump ran in 2016 because he almost never smiled in public. Melania's big (?) Be Better campaign began right after someone who had a public platform (can't remember who or where---maybe just someone with a following on twitter?) brought p the possibility that Baron was autistic. I think she went so far as to sue the person.
It's just sad. If he does have autism, they were in a position to help a lot of families dealing with autism. They could have even kept Baron out of the spotlight while still being open about it. Instead, both of them clammed up and punished others for even bringing up the subject, as if it's a shameful thing---and then trump continued bullying others with physical and other disabilities. I hate them both so much for this.

*Trump* has been trained his entire adult life to be a showman, to paint a picture of himself as the greatest...whatever. The Secret Service would not move the President until they received, "Shooter down. Shooter down." which Trump heard on the radio. When they attempt to get him up, he interrupts them repeatedly to "get his shoes." Finally, he lets them move him, and he interrupts again, saying, "Wait. Wait!" Then he fist pumps the air. That was not a brave man. That was a trained narcissist.
*In fact,* there were two examples of this trained reaction to the moment (besides the USSS). The photographer who got that perfect shot was apparently a former combat photographer. He said that when he heard the shots, he immediately knew what was happening, and he instinctively knew to move into position to get a good shot. All in a days work.
*The wife of the fireman who died* shared that President Biden tried to reach out to her, and she refused his call. But it was not until _after_ that article was published and the statement that Trump had not reached out to her that Trump decided that maybe it was a good idea to do that. Apparently, he got around to it on Tuesday.
