    He struggled with inconsistency, but he definitely had game. He was athletic, tall, long and rangy, with speed, and agility. The injuries caught up to him and we never really got to see how good he could have been. In his best season, his 12 ppg and 7 rpg was pretty solid. I think he would be around a 15-17ppg career player if fully healthy and 7 rpg career. Not a superstar, but pretty respectable numbers.

      think he doesnt have the bulk or post moves to be a center, yet not enough handles/moves to be a SF. Hes pretty athletic and long and has a nice midrange though.

    he could’ve been perfect in today’s NBA. Stretch-5, can run the floor, have respectable rim protection, quick enough to defend the perimeter, can catch lobs

    Yi and Jeremy Lin suffered from the same problems. They didn't take PEDs like the rest of the league and couldn't handle the physicality of the NBA, back when it was still rough.

    Ya know? This guy is really underrated, if people would let this guy play more in the NBS, they'd see how skilled he really is! Heck he's a great faceup shooter, he's got a sweet mid range jumper, very athletic and great on defense

    个人认为易建联如果情商能像姚明一样 能比姚明的成就更高 毕竟天赋在那摆着 压力太大 发挥不稳定很正常 再加上国内新闻的毒舌讽刺 压力就更大了 我想起来 十年前的一个报导:“易帝全场怒砍4分一板 回天乏术 雄鹿憾负湖人!!!” 😹😹😹

      靠天分吃饭,基本功不够扎实,到NBA就吃不开了,姚明的基本功非常扎实,左右手都有,能投能勾,篮下步伐好,懂得对抗,在场上能稳定高效的得分,面对多人防守,大个小个都有办法应付,这点易建联很难比。偶尔来几个一条龙,突破扣篮看着是很酷,但真正比赛中好用的还是最简单朴实的技术。

    Dude earns around $6 million per year after tax back in China and he's still the number one option in his team. He'll have to go off bench if he returns to any of the nba teams, and gets only $3million per year before tax (Minimum. wage for veterans like him)

    Many Chinese player can be a starter in european, and can help them develop better. The major issue prevent them going Europe​ is the money. They are Superstar in China. The money, fame, status they get in China simply weigh more.
