What if is a shoulder bustier .. will 0.75 on both sides be okay for the over bust tightening
1 inch on both side is fine.

Hlo ma’am If I’m to draft skirt to the bustier will I need to use the normal back length? Or use the same length as of the front length. The client difference from back length is 3inches

Yes. You can also do 1.25" on the center front and 1.75" on the side front.
