Let it stay as long as possible maybe 3 hours ,4 hours when you are home . Hard course Hair like my hair I might let it stay in my hair overnight or all day if I am home and can allow it.

Hello Dear, anytime your hair reaches that super hard stage, use the recipe, plus try and keep your hair in stretched styles like African threading or twists, it helps keep a softened hair texture, don't leave it clumped together ,it makes the situation worse.

Please how long have you been using this? is it a year or more? And also, avocados are not common at where I am, can I use pears instead? Pears are quite bigger with bigger seeds in them compared to avocados.
I use this everytime my hair becomes super hard and unmanageable. At that point, this mask comes in very handy. Avocados works way better compared to pears💚
I think I know what pears you mean I’m from the Caribbean and they say the same. Pear is the same as the avocado there

Hey. I am trying these products in my hair as I type and is it normal for my hair to be itching. I've had the products in for about 20 mins and my head is itching and also burning a little. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks
Burning and itching? That's a first, but if that's what you are experiencing then please rinse it out fast with lots of water
Then go in with a clarifying shampoo, focus it on your scalp and hair well, wash well than rinse out,
Please do this at least twice, then deep condition your hair

Hey. So, the burning n itching did stop about a hour into the whole process. I let it stay in for the 2 hour range, then rinsed out as suggested. My hair was very soft n well hydrated afterwards. I'm assuming the itching n burning comes from my scalp not being healthy so I need to find out how to treat my scalp but all n all, love this mixture. Thanks so much

Yes please, you can use the other recipes if you are unable to make the spray, and after applying the mask, wash it out after a few hours , and you can do this twice a month

I use to have hard hair too but this mask has really helped me with that. For the shrinkage,. After applying leave in cream in your hair, twist it immediately, i personal prefer African threading, it reduces shrinkage alot

My hair is extremely hard n strong like sponge I pray this works,I don't want to use relaxer again cos it makes things worse for me breakage and the hair becomes sharp at the tips u get .

Theres tons of protein in those avocados. Protein *can* make hair hard. I have very thick strands of hair, protein makes my hair feel like straw and very hard! I avoid protein, I never put protein in my hair.
