People need to be aware of hotel bedding, I worked for one cleaning rooms and they didn't change the bedcovers when cleaning rooms unless dirty,only sheets,and I think they should be washing all bedding everytime room changes occupation

99% of cases reported having recent male to male sexual contact. Look it up yourself. They aren't reporting it to not "stigmatize". It is possible to catch other ways but study showed it wasn't very efficient and died of in Congo 1970
