The name of the dance group is Soca'Robics, a dance fitness company based in the USA. For those who don't know, soca music is from Trinidad and Tobago and it is very popular in the West Indian Caribbean countries. Soca music is dance to a soca dance move that involves whining and moving your waist in circular dance motion. It's a beautiful dance.

"Caribbean's wave their rags". Typical. No mention of the "small islander's" by the Jamaican female. The people in the "Caribbean/West Indies" and on streets of Notting Hill wave their rags too. By the way most of the other Caribbean/West Indian islands and their descendants have been waving their rag/flag much longer, along with Trinidad and Barbados as they have held Carnival's in their Islands/countries for well over a century. Jamaica held their first Carnival in 1989.
