不用那么激动，马来西亚老一辈 也会比较传统 看到 大陆人 也会说起自己 祖先哪里来，也会说到 自己 有回中国 认祖归宗，入族谱等，当你说 你是 客家人，广东人，潮州人的时候 你有没有想过 在别人 眼里 是什么意思 ？ 广东， 潮州， 福建 都是 州，省 等地名 就是在中国里面。。 喷人的时候 有没有想过 自己 本身 介绍自己的时候 也很有问题 ？人家问你 是什么人 如果是 华人你会直接告诉他 我是 广府人，福建人，潮州人 等 。。 是不是 ？ 不懂 的 听到 你这样说，会不会以为你是 直接中国过来的 ？笑死 马来西亚华人现在那么 trigger 的meh ？笑人家 玻璃心 ，自己 也蛮玻璃的

0:44 what he say there is not true. I tried once their CKT and it doesn't taste any better than others. So cooking a big portion of koay teow and let it sit for 5 minutes doesn't really help to enhance the taste. The only thing for sure is the koay teow were overcooked. Imagine this, first he cook the noodle (flat rice noodle doesn't need long time to cook), then he put aside for 5 minutes (still cooking even though not in the wok) and cook it for second time before serve to customer. How long he need to cook the noodle? 6 minutes? 8 minutes? Or 10 minutes? Then what about the take away? While bringing the noodle home that is still hot that means the noodles are still cooking with the heat in the plastic bag.

Good noodles too light color. Put more dark soy sauce. Must have choy sum (organic farm), lots of good quality bean sprout. Bean Sprout must put last, stir fried awhile & serve. Chilli paste or sauce, must have sambal belacan chilli sauce.
