Switzerland actually rents 2 ports off Italy and has a Navy. It's like 4 ships but still cool
well we have a navy yes its like 4 "boats" on some random lake dont ask us why it exists because it literally couldnt go anywhere as far as im concerned we dont rent Italian ports. On another note while technically being landlocked we still have access to the Rhine so technically we could have a navy with access to the sea but obv that wouldnt make any sense but a lot about our military doesnt make any sense whatsoever trust me I unfortunately am a part of it

Technically Switzerland isn’t exactly neutral they do trade and help both sides in wars but they might be the strongest country to invade as they have multiple ways to destroy invading units. So if a country invades they will go to war.
Justin being neutral means that you can help both sides or don't do something at all

If you colonize a country which is ruling other countries, the protection in the colonies will transwer into the army of the colonies making it stronger, even tho it would take you the same power if you wanted to take it before taking the country that is ruling that. That is why the Czech Republic and Slovakia were so powerfull
