    I’ve missed TRX workouts during this pandemic. Found you today and feel so much better after the workout. Modifications are helpful for those of us over 50 and getting back to more regular work outs - thank you!

    Just finished your trx workout, I’m just out of breath and dripping. It was great and it feels great. The only negative thing is, it is really quick between the sets, had problems switching and gearing up, maybe 30 sec breaks would help me keep up.

    This was awesome! I love the interval training. And also the warm up and cool down stretches. Those Burpee jacks killed me at the end. I’m a physical therapist and this is very useful for my clients. Can’t wait for the next one!

    Thanks so much for this fantastic workout! We just set up a TRX door hinge anchor in our new home and this is the first time I’ve tried it. My son is quarantined and doing school on zoom, so I replaced today’s swim with some TRX. I appreciated the closing words about sweating out stress. I needed that reminder right now!

    Bravo! This was a great start for me after a long break. I will do the routine two or three times a week. A personal note is that I will not exceed 30 minutes and I would avoid injuries or fatigue at the beginning, so when I learn the exercises well, almost without seeing the instructor Miguel, I will be able to put a little more intensity on the weight and the time will be extended for a short rest and hydration! Enjoy this video a lot!🎉

    Enjoyed this workout. Perfect length, made me sweat, and easy to follow! And easy to do in my cramped bedroom using the straps over the closet door! I liked that you said where to put the straps but I will say that using the door I have to keep them at the top for many of the exercises. Just an FYI. Look forward to trying more!

    got to practice the transition in the heel straps - from sit up position to plank. You did it smoothly and I have seen others do it but can be c

    Super challenging strength/core with lower body focus, but still some upper body. Drank water in the 3rd super set vs doing burpees!

    Great workout!!!! Dripping in sweat and barely able to finish! THANKS! It would be great if you could show/tell what the next exercise is so we have time to switch. Others have suggested longer break but then HR slows and momentum breaks!!

    Great workout, really sweating. Had to add a couple of pauses to recover and prepare for the next set, but otherwise kept up. 392 cals, 63 Zone minutes!

    Really liked this training and trainer. I do a lot of heavy lifting and am trying to do more mobility and functional training while burning some stubborn last couple lbs this kicked my ass. I'll be back thank you and I did need this!!!

    37:15 300 total cals max HR 173 ave HR 134. Great leg burn. Definitely need a tutorial for how to progress one legged squats… thanks

    First workout I’ve done with you guys- still a novice on TRX. At times a little more explanation before the exercise started would have helped me, also a countdown timer for each exercise would be nice. Thx!!!
