Chernobyl radiation geiger counter DP-3B (ДП-3Б) Is Onboard Military Helicopter, Tank, BTR, Truck, and other military vehicle onboard geiger counter. I’m happy to present my new collection item: Military USSR Radiation detector DP-3B. Few advices: Connect the power when device is off, then after the moment you switch to 1x then gauge should display from 0.4 to 0.8 r/h. Also you can easily rework it to dc 12v by opening rear side bottom part cap, and switching switch No.13 to 12v position (be careful not to squeeze the cables while closing the cap) . also you have to replace gauge illumination bulb to 12v. On the power connector there is two pins marked and numbered 1 and 2, the pin no 1 is + and the pin no 2 is - , when I got my device, I had to spend a lot of time while I found out that it's possible to power up from 12v power source (car). Because this is the USSR military device from BTR's, Tanks and military Helicopters and Trucks which uses 26v system. в данном приборе сэкономили на контрольном источнике, по нажатию кнопки ПРОВЕРКА, чувствительность прибора увеличивается в ~400 раз, и он показывает природный фон
