@@garystorey well I could be used due to high range - to 500 R/h - probably mounted on helicopters and in armoured vehicles. Most of dosimeters were DP-5A, B, V and high range KRB-01 (to 1000 R/h)

@@AnonymousDosimetrist Да я уже пробил на РХБЗ хотел купить как стационарный но с питанием заморочки и дубовая чуйка.
Где Вы видели СБМ-20 в приборах на 500 рентген? СБМ-20 зашкваривается еще до 1 рентгена - это датчик для чисто бытовых приборов, типа "Терры"...
А как прибор запитать, пол интернета облазил, нигде не нашел (я имею ввиду без техники)
