Amtrak Pennsylvanian Arrives in Philadelphia

Amtrak train #42, the eastbound Pennsylvanian to New York, arrives in Philadelphia where an engine change will take place. The P42 diesel locomotive that had been pulling the train from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia will come off and be replaced with an ACS-64 electric motor at the opposite end of the train.
This is due to the track layout of Philadelphia in relation to the Northeast Corridor and Keystone Corridor. Therefore the train is unable to be turned around and passengers ride between Philadelphia and New York facing backward.
