In the beginning Olust is explaining how he gets help. He asked all the people who were hanging around in the area if they would call the police, but they said "no it's cool, we let you know if somebody comes". Those people watched him paint, you can literary hear them speak in the background and one of the guys comes up to him in the end asking what the name of the channel is. The people who were walking in the distance had nothing to do with the title.

The name of the cap is Montana outline cap. Don't have a "level" but t it's 1-4cm wide.

No outline cap exist.. Only Lvl 1 - Lvl 6 and some other

Ah okay cool! My best pro tip must be to do what you love and experiment with different styles and sketch a lot. Keep going because skill comes with time, but most important is to just have fun with it and enjoy the artform in your own way 🙂

don't be afraid to give to your community instead of just taking. The community would appreciate a clean up of the area.
I gave the community my art and the opportunity to inspire others. The people who were at the scene all appreciated the act and the art on that wall. Just because someone with greater power than you says something is right doesn't always mean it actually is right. The same government that tells us graffiti is wrong allows us to buy poison in form of alcohol and tobacco, poisoning our people and making them die from disease just to make money. Think about it, color on a wall, mass poisoning of our people. Wich is worse?
