Focus on the beauty in life, there will always be ups and downs but it's the way you deal with the bad things that determines your quality of life. You can always focus on the negatives but all that will do is bring yourself down because of something that is out of your control and blind yourself to happiness but if you focus on the positives and what brings you joy then you'll be surrounded with happiness and create a habit to wake up every day with a good attitude.
